  • Very clean, affordable, and cozy.

"The kitchen was very well stocked. My son's only complain was it was cold in the house even at 73F setting lol. Thank you for a wondeful stay."

  • Great rental and awesome host!!

"We needed a place to stay on short notice to escape hurricane Matthew. Owner was super responsive and accommodating, she went out of her way to make sure me and my family had everything we needed. The house is very nice, well appointed, had everything one would need for a beachside vacation. Bikes, beach equipment, towels, etc. Our favorite feature of the house is the balcony which is accessible from the kitchen and MBR. We thoroughly enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony while being bathed in warm sun and ocean breeze. We will come back again soon. Thank you Molly!"

  • Great place to stay and we will return

"This property is located on the quiet south end of the beach, about 5 miles south from the downtown Times Square area. I would have given our condo 5 stars except for the fact repairs were being done on building C and our balcony was locked and not available for use. Even though this was a big bummer Judy was sympathetic to our plight, you couldn't ask for a better condo owner!! When you go, definitely check out the Trolley. A three day pass is only $4.00 per person and makes travel to Time Square a breeze. Trolley's run about every 15-20 minutes and beats trying to find and pay for a place to park. If you like a quiet location with a beautiful beach this is the place for you! If you plan to do any cooking be advised that only salt and pepper are provided. This was a bit of a bummer and put a damper on our intent to cook a few meals in the condo. A small spice rack would be a great addition. Also be aware the swimming pool closes at 7:30. A couple nights we would have liked to hang out later but it wasn't a big deal. if you walk north on the beach there is a bar/restaurant called Pincher's located just a few properties away. It has an outside bar and is a great place for drink or two. Skye's cafe across the street in Santeni Plaza is a great place for an inexpensive breakfast and there is a deli in the same plaza that makes great sandwiches."

  • Perfect Getaway

"Very nicely furnished and equipped with everything you need and then some. Loved the view from the balcony, and the pull-down shades for the late afternoon when the direct sun needed to be blocked for a little bit. Enjoyed that Smuggler's Cove provided lounge chairs for the grass area, and that Steve had beach chairs and an umbrella if we wanted to sit on the sandy beach and a cooler to use. Beach area very clean. Patrols drove by regularly. Water is shallow and no undertow. (No waves to speak of either) Several people fished while on the shore or while standing in the water. The building has 4 gas grills available and cleaning brushes available. People did a good job cleaning off the grills as they used them. If the condo had any grilling tools, I couldn't find them. (But I would not expect them) When we return sometime, I will pack a metal spatula or tongs. We could have bought some at Publix, but decided eating out was easier anyway! Charley's (when you head south) has a good prime rib and an exceptional salad bar. Publix is an easy walk, and the trolly stop is very nearby if you don't want to use a car. We also ventured over to Sanibel Island (toll is $6.00 to cross the bridge) and drove all the way across on to Captiva Island to eat at the Bubble Room. Unique atmosphere and this was our favorite meal for the whole trip. Also ventured into Fort Myers to the Edison and Ford Winter Estates. That was an enjoyable tour which included a museum, Edison's lab, and botanical gardens."
