"My family stayed here for 8 nights, this home is well kept! Everything is clean and very comfortable. When you look around at the 2 other rentals in front and back this home looks the best on the outside as well. This is a very large home and has 3 air conditioners which made it wonderful for us to be on 2 different levels of the house. The house is equipped with tons of bath towels which is very nice. Having 4 full bathrooms we never had to wait on anyone to get out of one. Power went out on us 1 evening when a rain storm blew through and the house is equipped with emergency lights, this was quite impressive! You can see the owners care about their home and their guest! The pool is not a regular size pool, it only is 5' deep but we loved it especially me since I'm only 5' tall and my grandson was extremely confident in it. The walk through the nature preserve was a little intimidating at first but then we got used to it. It varies in water depth according to the tides. I recommend this house to anyone with a large group, you will never be on top of each other! The only recommendations I would make is to take out some of the bulky furniture downstairs and the house would be that much roomier! When we return to Fort Myers Beach we will definitely be looking to stay at this house again!!!"

  • Close to the dream!

"We stayed here during march 26th to april 9th 2016. Me, my husband our two children at 9 and 4 years old and my parents stayed in the apartment after spending crazy time in Orlando. We had a wonderful stay and really loved the condo. It was perfect for our vacation which was mainly relaxation, beach, and lovely bbq evenings after a busy Orlando stay. We really appreciated the closeness to the beach and also simplicity of just walking outside to the bbq-area. The kitchen was great for dinner preparations for all 6 of us och it was lovely to take a stroll to se the sunset at night. Only minutes away we had CVS and other small stores. Publix was a five minute car ride so also that was easy. We had Pinchers on the beach just a minute walk away were we could se the sunset and have a drink och dinner to a good price. The two pools were very appreciated by our children, the only thing I found a bit disappointing is that the complex did not really accept the children having a fun time in the pool or outside since the main residents seamed to be seniors. This was not a big deal but it still was a bit disappointing to have to tell my children that they had to be really calm and not play in the pool only swim. The apartment was certainly fully equipped and had everything you can expect. We had a wonderful time and can highly recommend this place for vacation if you just want to relax have the closest beach access. I would recommend to rent bikes because that is definitely the best way to get around and especially if you want to go north on the island to the more crazy parts. A car ride took forever and parking was a mess up there compared to having our own parking close to our condo. Me and my family would definitely go back and stay here if we visit Fort Myers again - we simply loved it! Candy was a great help and a super nice guy that helped us and answered on all our questions both before, during and after our stay. I hope I can go back again and in that case I will se if this condo is available :)"

  • The view ...

"... was the most impressive thing entering the unit. From the balcony you have beautiful sunrises over the bay and great gulf sunsets! This clean apartement offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: fully equipped kitchen, a huge bed, a sofa with recline seats for tv-evenings, beach equipment, piles of towels and, and, and. ETBC is really a peaceful and safe place to stay and to relax. No noisy party people! The beach is just in front of the condo - no street to cross. Jack and Connie are great hosts: Check-in/check-out was a breeze, welcome snacks & wine had been provided (appreciated that service after a 10 hours flight and a 3 hours ride). When there was a problem with the telephone Jack came the next day and fixed it. Thanks for three wonderful weeks - I´m/we`re coming back!"

  • Sunset Paradise-Second Time Around

"We booked the July 4th, 2016 week at this property back in July of 2015. Having spent a week there in the summer of 2014, we knew what was waiting for us and, at times, it seemed as though this year would never pass. I am happy to report that this year's experience was as terrific as expected. First of all, this house has a new genuine "summerlike" appearance with the new siding and blue roof. It really stands out when you view it from the beach. And, as for the amenities; they are still as advertised. Six adults and four grandkids made up our party and with the four bedrooms and private bath for each, everyone had plenty of space and privacy. It was immaculate when we arrived and the cleaning crew was arriving to ready it for the next set of guests as we departed. I counted 176 steps from the front porch across the sand beach to the edge of the Gulf of Mexico. The area has had some bad publicity as of late with regards to the Blue-Green Toxic alge but there was none to be found anywhere on the beach or even in Estero Bay behind the property. Several "locals" said that what little there was working it's way across the state was still a good distance away from Ft Myers and not expected to impact the area. The water was as warm, clear and inviting as ever. The kids spent hours in the pool. It was actually difficult to drag them away from the place to go sight seeing and the like. Sunsets haven't changed either - spectacular right over the water towards Sanibel Island. Only wish they could have lasted a bit longer each evening. We rented a pontoon boat on Estero Bay, took a boat tour out near Sanibel Island, ate out, cooked at the house both in the kitchen and on the outside grill, walked the beach, swam, went shelling; you name it. There are numerous restaurants on Ft Myers Beach itself and nearby - less than 15 minutes away in Bonita Springs. Your are maybe five minutes away from a fully stocked grocery store. Your parking at the house in plentiful-we had three cars-and off the road. It's difficult to even see the adjacent houses although they are steps away. All in all, our group of ten had a fabulous week. We will be back. We didn't want to leave. You won't want to either."
