  • Great getaway place

"Our stay was very pleasant and it was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants (A+ for Heidi’s Island Bistro, D- for Fresh Catch Bistro). Communication with property owners was quick and easy. We will definitely return."

  • Great stay. All amenities. Clean

"Wonderful stay here. Couldn't ask for better. Had everything we needed plus extras. No need for beach towels, chairs, hair dryer, a washer and dryer. Even a beach wagon for hauling all your stuff to the beach. Previous tenants left extra toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap etc. , so we didn't have to run right out and get that stuff. A little farther from Downtown than what I expected. Had to drive everywhere, which was a pain since there was extensive construction roadwork and it took forever going anywhere. The beach was amazing and was very private. We truly enjoyed the balcony that had the best view of the ocean. I would recommend this property to friends. Especially if they like being out of the Hustle of downtown."

  • Perfect location

"This condo is the perfect location on Ft. Myers Beach--mid-island, on the beach, with several restaurants within easy walking distance. You will not have quiet, peaceful isolation as there is much going on in the building and in the immediate neighborhood. We have stayed in Ft. Myers Beach 5 times and this is our favorite location, however, the unit's kitchen was the most poorly equipped of all the condos we've rented. The pots and pans are sourly lacking-it was almost impossible to fry an egg in the pans provided, and the kitchen lacks necessities like a dish drainer and broiling pan. However, you're on vacation so why are you cooking? We would come back to Sunset 704."

  • Great place, convenient, quiet, kid friendly.

"We stayed here with our three young children (ages 3, 5, and 7), and despite being concerned with the pictures, it was kid friendly and a great set up. My husband and I had the bedroom, and two girls shared the bed by the balcony, and my son slept on the sofa pullout. We had a top unit, and the balcony was perfect for morning coffee and occasional dinners. The other units were occupied, but we never heard a sound from other tenants and they didn't hear us. There was also construction directly outside on the street, but never was an issue with sound or access. There were two window air conditioner units that also helped provided white noise while sleeping. The TV options were great, had Netflix, Amazon, etc. in addition to regular TV. We cooked in the kitchen and had most breakfasts there. There was a trolley stop directly outside, so travel to the more populated parts of the beach was very easy. Beach access directly across the street was also super convenient for beach play. My kids swam in the pool, although it's shaded and was a little chilly. The laundry onsite helped us cut down on clothes to bring, and the Publix store was practically next door to grab easy groceries. There is a grill downstairs that is shared we cooked on, which was nice to have. Probably the only downfall was there was no vent in the bathroom at all, or a bathtub for the little kids. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and it was just about perfect."
