  • Wonderful Property

"We stayed at this property recently for a week and we thoroughly enjoyed every minutes of it. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the pelicans each day. The unit was clean upon our arrival and the accommodations were exactly as described. The owner was wonderful during and after the rental. She was quick to respond to my initial questions and I would certainly not hesitate to recommend this property. It was very quiet during our stay and the pool was wonderful and not crowded at any time. It is close to Santini Plaza which has several restaurants and stores. On Tuesdays they have a small craft type event in the parking of Santini Plaza and right next store is a CVS Pharmacy. All of this is within a 1000 steps according to my fitbit. I was so impressed with the property and owner that I have already reserved my dates for next year. There is also a trolley stop that for 35 cents one way you can travel down to Times Square for more shopping and eating enjoyment."

  • Beauriful place (but not a tennis CLUB)

"A beautiful place to enjoy the beach, shelling, bird watching, and viewing the wonderful sunsets, with dolphins swimming by almost daily! The 4 Hartrue clay tennis courts are in average condition and were never rolled in the 5 weeks we were there, 1/7 thru 2/10/17. They are brushed by the players only. The courts are on an automatic, twice a day water sprinkler system. It took us three weeks to get the amount of watering reduced enough to have the courts dry by mid-morning. I talked to maintance, security and the Alliant management personnel, who said that the property manager would call me. She never did call me, but apparently she, or perhaps Dave Tank (a friendly tennis player there) was able to have the governing board approve a reduction in the watering schedule. There seems to be no organizational structure or personnel at the EB&TC to help players find other tennis players. At a minumum, the courts need sign-up and/or reservation boards with pencils or pens. The existing dry-erase board is in very bad shape. It took 3 weeks to get a new dry-erase pen, but even it seldom works on the sun-cracked and damaged board. There was no good way to find other players staying in the three buildings there. The buildings themselves were very nice, were kept clean and very well maintained. A minor heater/air conditioner concern was addressed and fixed immediately! Our unit was very comfortable and enjoyable. Our only suggestion is that some lighter weight dishes and bowls, a few juice-sized glasses, and some nice absorbent kitchen towels be supplied. We really enjoyed the beach chairs and the excellent beach umbrella, which was so easy to set up into the sand. We would definitely want to stay there again!"

  • A beautiful slice of Heaven!

"The minute we walked in, we knew just how special it was. Spotlessly clean, high end furniture, super kitchen with all the amenities, dinning area, living room, and 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths. The pool and the recreational area is to die for, all enclosed with a high custom fencing. Also the shopping and, the restaurants were wonderful. The owners were very gracious, and we are so looking forward to our next visit."
