  • perfect vacation

"We stayed here for 10 days looking for rest and relaxation - success! This home is as wonderful as it looks in the photos. Everything about the indoor and outdoor living spaces is comfortable and cozy. The location is ideal - on a quiet street, walking distance to the beach, Publix is a short drive away, and it is also close to the main area of FMB that features shopping, bars and restaurants. Rosie is a gracious hostess - every detail has been taken care of in the house and everything you could possibly need to cook is available. We loved every minute of this vacation, it was perfect."

  • Christmas Vacation 2016-2017

"My family of 13 ( 8 adults and 5 children) enjoyed a week at this amazing gulf front beach house. The house was well kept and had everything we needed. We never felt that we were over crowded or on top of one another. We enjoyed a few large dinners at the house as the kitchen had everything we needed. The grill was extremely large which was perfect for our large family. The heated pool worked out well for our family and if we wanted a change we were steps away from the beach. Being at the south end of Fort Myers Beach, there wasn't a lot of traffic on the beach which made it feel like our very own private beach! The lagoon between the house and the beach was not a problem. It was about knee deep at low tide. We ventured out a few different times to various attractions and resturants and it was nice being on the south end of the island as it was easy to get to I-75. Traffic gets worse as you head north to down town Fort Myers Beach on Estero Blvd so we only went this route in the morning. Do not head north on Estero at dinner time unless you enjoy bumper to bumper stopped traffic (we learned the hard way one evening on our way to dinner :). We were happy we all had rental cars as the Trollies had large wait times. Maybe the wait times for trollies are different depending on the month or week you spend at this location. I recommend this house to anyone with a large family. You will not be disappointed. I can tell the owners continue to make updates to make your experience for enjoyable. We hope to make it back to this same house one day!"

"What is not to fall in love with? Dolphins at sunrise, sunsets that will melt your heart, water views on 3 sides, gorgeous 2 bedroom condo on the peaceful northern end of Estero Island. Condo was spotless, tastefully decorated, with all amenities and even mimosas to toast the new year! Loved the pool and BBQ grills. 15 minute walk to all restaurants and Times Square and shuttle bus right outside in case you are too tired to walk. We will most certainly be back. You cannot go wrong with this beautiful location!"
