  • Great Location, Cozy and Quiet Place

"My husband and I stayed here for the summer. We enjoyed every minute here! Close to beach, Publix, and parks! Since the unit was fully stocked with beach supplies (cart included!), we were able to easily roll the cooler, umbrella, and beach chairs down to the beach. Just a quick walk. Inside the unit, was the same. I had everything I needed to cook a great meal. Some of our favorite things to do were swim the clear Gulf ocean, collect the famous southwest FL seashells, and kayak along the intercoastal waterways. Oh, and the 4th of July fireworks show is nothing like I've seen before. In addition to the city's firework show visible from our beach, other guests brought their own and really lit up the skies for an extra special night. Plus, the owner was almost immediate in returning our calls and emails. Thanks for a great summer and we hope to come back soon!"

  • Paradise

"We spend 9 days at the Sterling house and it was a beautiful place to stay. Close to the beach in a very quiet residential area. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Jerry was helpful and anytime we had a question about the area we could call him and he always answered our questions without hesitation. We kayak with Adventures Kayaking which was a great time. We also visited Cork Screw Sanctuary where we saw alligators, lots of birds, deer and snakes. There is so much to do in the area. The house is in a great location because it felt like you where in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go. The Sandbar pizza was the BEST. Sunsets are a must because overnight they looked amazing. Traffic was very slow going north of the home because of construction. The house was 3 bedrooms and there were only 2 of us but we will return to the area next year in a smaller home. Thanks Jerry and the family who owns this beautiful home for sharing with us. Dave and Nona"

  • Great vacation house! on a canal that turned out to be quite nice, 5 minute walk to beach!

"The house was awesome! Well supplied, 9 moms stayed there. Need a car to get groceries probably but the beach was just a short 5 minute walk, a 7/11 is right there, grocery stores right down the road in either direction, Junkanoos restaurant in walking distance and it's on the beach and fun. The pool was GREAT! Lots of pool toys and chairs. Morning coffee on the deck. Nice neighbors but you can't be too So glad we had the Canadian connection! We'd go back in a heartbeat!"
