  • Best value!

"If you are reading this you are thinking about renting in Fort Myers Beach. I did a lot of research on what part of the island , what type of house and which house to rent. As far as my money is concerned, this is the best deal. You are located in an area that is not crowded and is quiet. The walk to the beach is one block and takes 5 minutes. You also are within walking distance from a pretty decent bar/restaurant (Junkanoo) that is good for both adults and children. Very short drive to the more commercial areas for bars, restaurants and shopping one way and a Publix the other way. The house is a single house and private. A much better selection that a multi floor condo or a joined home if you are looking for some privacy for you and your family. The house is very nice, spotlessly clean and well organized. The owners were really great, efficient and anticipate your needs. An example is that we had flight issues and arrived at midnight. As I was approaching the area I was wondering how we would ever find the house. I turned the corner and there was the mail box with the address displayed like a beacon. Another example is that I screwed up the Wifi and e mailed the owners on a Sunday morning thinking I would hear from them Monday. But they called me in 30 minutes. (luckily I discovered my mistake) but is is all about the effort on their part. And finally, the pool. The pool is great. Clean, on the canal, private with table and chairs for meals. If you are going to Florida you need to have a pool. And if you have a pool why not have you own pool? Great place. Highly recommended."

  • Perfect Beach Vacation

"This is the way to really enjoy the beach. We took my daughter and her friends as her Quince over Memorial Day Weekend and my daughter would not stop thanking us. The house was clean, very spacious, well equipped, and even had it's own beach area. The balcony had two parts, one of which was covered with lots of available seating. The kitchen had all the essentials and the area under the house had everything for grilling sans the food and the charcoal. The kids enjoyed the beach and then relaxed on the balcony. But, the best part was the beautiful views. Hope to make a return visit to this perfect beach home."

  • Great Location / Amazing Views / Well Equipped

"This condo was in the perfect location on the southern end of Ft Myers Beach. There is a small lagoon that forms between the shoreline and houses/condos that actually carries over into the dry season. Riviera Club is on the northern tip of this lagoon. This made getting to the beach so easy. If you stay any further south on the island you have to walk way around the lagoon to get to the beach. There are not many rental condo's that are located in the upper floors of buildings. You definitely want to stay here! We were able to sit on the balcony and watch dolphins out front. Those on the beach did not even see them in the water! The unit was very well equipped. Jeff has two bikes there for us to use, which we did. There is plenty of beach items to use - umbrella (you will want this!), floaties, etc. Also there is plenty of towels, kitchen items, washer/dryer in unit and such that made life so easy for us. There is also a pool and hot tub in this complex which is a great alternative. This unit is in a great location for both on-island activities and off-island fun. There is a small shopping center about 2 blocks away that has 5 different places to eat (two of which have bars) so the evening meal is within walking distance. If you want to go into town it is a short drive or trolley ride away. Off island (definitely use the south bridge) we made a day trip to the Everglades very easily. We found more things to do than we actually had time for! It is well worth it to rent a power boat and explore the mangroves; Lovers Key State Park has kayaks for rent - we saw baby dolphins and manatee during our venture; Sanibel Island and so much more. Here is a hint for extra fun: walk the beach at low tide. You will be amazed at the creatures that are only visible during low tide! As for those of you who are looking for those unique shells - this is a great beach for them. We found better shells on this beach than those on the famous Sanibel beaches. Please be respectful though and do not take live shells - yes there are lots of shells that are still being used by their owners! Finally, Jeff was great to work with. He was very responsive to my inquiries / questions."

  • Excellent

"This condo is awesome. Great location. Very clean and TONS of extras. You literally just have to bring yourself. Everything else is there. The view is awesome. There is also a screened balcony off the master bedroom which was great. View is spectacular. Within walking distance to Time Square and most restaurants. I would definitely stay here again."
