  • Home away from home

"Enjoyed my stay in a lovely condo. It was nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen, many linens and all the supplies needed. The location on Fort Myers Beach was very convenient to CVS, Sandini Market, a modern movie theatre, restaurants, and of course, the beach. Looking forward to returning."

  • Cozy cottage; great place for a group of 6. Owners are awesome...there for you when you need them

"Stayed at this house over Spring Break and had an overall great experience. I was chaperoning a group of teens- nice place for them to hangout...cozy and comfortable. The place was clean when we arrived; had plenty of room for our large group and the house was located a mile from the Ft. Myers Pier and Times Square. The trolley stop is just down the street and easy to access to take you down to the shops and restaurants. The beach is also easily accessible and only a short walk from the house. There is a nice sandy area on one side of the house with a small deck, grill, hammock and chairs which is nice to hang out at in the evening... almost feels like being down on the beach. The pool and hot tub are an added bonus and the extra bathroom off the pool is great for showering off after getting back from the beach. The rooms are decent size with comfortable beds, pillows and linens.. TV's in every room which the kids enjoyed. The owners are awesome and available via text or phone if you have questions or concerns during your stay. We also enjoyed having the grill to use throughout the week and the kitchen has necessary items for cooking in if you'd rather not eat out every night. The front porch is awesome for coffee in the morning and I recommend "Mom's" for cinnamon rolls and breakfast sandwiches just a half mile up the beach. We love this cottage and would rent from Lori and Jack again without hesitation. The only reason for the four stars is that I felt the items outdoors - cushions on lounge chairs, beach umbrellas, wagon etc could use updating... and although the hot tub is nice, it is small and not particularly easy to operate. Jack did mention they might be replacing it soon, however, if you are very interested in this place because of the hot tub, I would recommend checking with the owners about the status of it before. We did have some issues with it during our stay (even though the owners did what they could to try to assist us which we appreciated) and could really only use it part of the week - just want to be honest. Overall, as I said above, this cottage was a great place for our group. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

  • It was a very nice condo

"The condo was actually larger than the pictures showed. Everything was very comfortable. we decided not to rent a car after seeing the construction up & down Estero Blvd. The trolley was to come about every 30 min which would have served us well but with the construction did not run on schedule. Taking the trolley to Times Square worked out well since parking would have been a problem. We were just a half mile from Santini Plaza which was great for restaurants & shops. All & all it was a good stay. Joan Henning, Madison WI"
