  • Perfect Spring Break Vacation Home!

"My family of 9 (6 adults and 3 children) absolutely loved this beach house! It is steps from the beach, has more than enough room, and is perfect for all families! The pool was perfect and had more than enough pool toys for the kids to enjoy. Every night we would sit in the hot tub and watch the sunset from the house which was awesome! The beach isn't the best for swimming due to all the shells/shelling to do, but we still did it for a day. The better beach is less than 2 miles away south at Lovers Key State park which we found very convenient as well! Regarding traffic, I'm not going to lie, heading north to Sanibel is pretty rough on the only main road. We actually made better time heading south to Bonita Springs and back up on I-75 or CR-41 to get to downtown Fort Myers, Sanibel Island, and Hammond stadium to watch the MN Twins. The property, being so south on the island, really was great to avoid all the crowds. Great restaurants are still very close, the Publix grocery store is very close as well! It was a perfect vacation for our family and a very lovely, large beach home with all the amenities needed! Barb was also super helpful and was very timely in all responses. We will definitely be back!"

  • February fun

"Property couldn't have been better. Exceptionally decorated unit. Canal view provided for good people and nature watching. The association itself sponsored various activities in their clubhouse. We could walk to the gulf and various stores or just stroll down the well manicured landscapes surrounding Royal Pelican. The south end of Fort Myers Beach is beautiful BUT avoid the rest of the area. Lots of ongoing construction, orange barrels and traffic congestion. Head towards Bonita and Naples for shopping and restaurants."

  • Great Location, Cozy and Quiet Place

"My husband and I stayed here for the summer. We enjoyed every minute here! Close to beach, Publix, and parks! Since the unit was fully stocked with beach supplies (cart included!), we were able to easily roll the cooler, umbrella, and beach chairs down to the beach. Just a quick walk. Inside the unit, was the same. I had everything I needed to cook a great meal. Some of our favorite things to do were swim the clear Gulf ocean, collect the famous southwest FL seashells, and kayak along the intercoastal waterways. Oh, and the 4th of July fireworks show is nothing like I've seen before. In addition to the city's firework show visible from our beach, other guests brought their own and really lit up the skies for an extra special night. Plus, the owner was almost immediate in returning our calls and emails. Thanks for a great summer and we hope to come back soon!"
