  • Beautiful beach! Amazing sunsets!

"Our family vacationed here for a week in May 2016 and absolutely loved our time here. The condo was well equipped and spacious. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The lanai was a very nice comfortable space to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or have a drink in the evening. The condo building and grounds are immaculate. The pool is large and very clean and the beach is incredible! Also this condo has a great location at mid island its close to all amenities. The owner was great to deal with and we hope to stay again in the future."

  • Without a doubt the best place at Kona Beach!

"We just left Kona today and I can honestly say this has been our favorite condo to date. You will not regret staying here, I can promise you that! This place has it all! Great location, view, stocked and much larger in person than you think! We had 2 adults, 2 nine year old girls and an 18m old and never felt crowded. The kitchen is ready for anything you want, it even has a crock pot (we did chips and cheese dip)! The screened in lanai was so wonderful for the baby and I. She would take a midday nap there in the provided pack n play while and I was able to be right by her at the pool!! That was seriously THE BEST. The other moms were jealous of that! The pictures don't really advertise overly comfortable beds, but they were suuuper comfy! We were very pleased and the main bedroom is huge! We walked to the square downtown every night and walked home on the beach. It's a very easy walk, even with kiddos. Kona has very few units and no elevators. This unit has keyless entry, 1st floor access and a beach view. We will be back and this is where we will stay. Heidi, thank you for sharing your place! We recommend eating at: Yucaton SOB Nervous Nellies Zushi Zushi Pinchers (over the bridge) 2000 flavors-for ice cream Heavenly Biscuit for cinnamon rolls (cash only) And do these things: Take a banana boat ride with your kids! Jungle Golf (putt putt) Walk to the end of the island every day!"

  • Relaxing week

"We spent a very relaxing wee with another couple and enjoyed our stay at the Casa Marina condo. The condo is decorated beautifully and has all the amenities anyone would need for beach or pool time, morning coffee on the screened in balcony, a nice meal or happy hour. We visited Sanibel, the Ford-Edison estate, spent time at the beach, shopped and found some great restaurants, (many that were recommended by Toni and Butch, the owners). Butch called to check on us the first day to assure everything was okay and again after we arrived home. The weather was also wonderful this time of year.Thank you!"

  • Undisturbed Lovers Key

"Lover's Key Beach Club itself is the better of the 3 rental properties on Black Island. It has a Pool & Beach access right at the resort that the other 2 do not. The morning beach walks were amazing with lots of sea finds from several types of crabs to urchins to starfish and no shortage of shells. You can literally walk for miles! Every day there were dolphins some as close into shore as 6 feet, simply amazing. There were a number of bird species some of which were quiet friendly. The unit we stayed in was 1107 and was very clean and ample for 2 people. Everything you needed for the week was there, all you need to do is grocery shop. The pool was very clean as were the hallways and common areas. The people that can be called 'regulars' were welcoming and wonderful to visit with. Flippers the restaurant within walking distance was excellent. The only downfall is that it is pretty isolated besides that, you have to drive to any other restaurants. The state park is right across the road and manatee are plentiful. Watch for the noseeums, they are not specific to this resort but the area in general. We purchased some benedryl spray that helped with the itch."
