  • Great place to stay in Fort Myers

"I just stayed at this condo for the past 4 months. When I first walked in, it immediately exceeded my expectations. It is tastefully decorated and you feel like you are in a home. The living room is extra large and has a big "L" shaped leather couch which is great for watching the 42" tv. There are 3 bedrooms. The master and the second bedroom both have queen beds. The master has it's own full bathroom and also a TV. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is another full bath between the other two bedrooms. There is plenty of closet and drawer space in each room. There are even fishing poles you can use. The kitchen is very well stocked and I usually cooked every night. There is a community pool which is very nice. Lots of chairs. Recently, I believe they regulated the temp so that it is refreshing when you get in the pool. Publix is about a 5 minute walk (use the back gate and ask for the code to get back in). There is a Super Target that has a Starbucks in it. There's a local coffee shop at the corner of Beachwalk and San Carlos. There's a good sport's bar called Ron Dao's and they make pretty good pizza. There's a great microbrewery called Point Ybel on San Carlos blvd that has live music several nights of the week. All of this is in walking distance to this condo. A couple of other good places to eat are McGregor's on McGregor Blvd, Cape Cod Fish and Marko's diner. For ice cream, go to the Love Boat on San Carlos blvd. My local hangout is Dixie Fish Co before you go over the bridge to Fort Myers Beach. Fort Myers beach is about 5 miles away. It's an easy bike ride. It is very easy to get to Sanibel too. Two good beaches on Sanibel are Lighthouse Beach and Bowman's beach. If you go to Ft Myers Beach, it's worth heading south to get away from crowded Times Square. I like to go to Beach Access 17 where there is a shelter and bathrooms. If you like to cook, there's a good fish stand on McGregor Blvd as you are heading towards Sanibel. Try the Florida Hogfish. I stayed in this complex two years ago and wanted to stay again since I liked the area. I was lucky to find this great condo. I highly recommend it."

  • Great place!

"Great place - a short walk away from the charming downtown Fort Myers area. Cleo and her husband are great caretakers and live right next door. Place is nice and clean and has the conveniences of home. The backyard is great with a nice gazebo area and a hot tub."

  • Ths home has everything and more!

"My husband and I were visiting family and wanted to be nearby. This home was a perfect location for our needs. And being pet friendly, it was perfect for our extended 6 week visit with pets. We didn't need the 4 bedrooms, which, I must say were marvelous, oversized beds and beautifully decorated, as was the entire home. It is bigger than it looks from the front, and the expansive kitchen was the hub of our activities, with the huge granite topped island and the equally as huge TV. All in all there were 4 TV's, one out on the pool deck, which was also beautifully equipped with nice furniture, comfortable--nice for napping in front of the TV in the shade beside the pool. You can see in the pix how lovely the back yard is. And the hidden outside shower is so well hidden, I had to ask where it was! So if that's your thing, after a swim, you'll sure be secluded from prying eyes. Master is very big with a lovely, large shower. The neighborhood is an established one, and me, being a late evening walker for exercise, I ambled around the night neighborhood lanes feeling perfectly safe. The location is also very near a lot of shops, grocery shopping, drug stores and eateries. Also, there are so many choices of dishes and small appliances, it's almost funny. When my hubby decided he didn't like toasting bread in a toaster oven, he found a toaster on one of the cabinets. There are several types of coffee makers, all kinds of utensils. Bountiful dishes. Nice key rings with garage door openers to keep you from having to get out and open and closing the garage. All sorts of ways to make your life easy on your vacation. I would highly recommend this home for a vacation getaway in Fort Myers!"
