"When we get away for a vacation we want to stay in a place that is at least as nice as the one we left at home. This condo exceeded out expectations. At home we can sit outside and look at the lake, but his condo has forever views. You will be fascinated by all the big fishing boats or yachts cruising in the sea lane right out your windows. At night we took our bottle of wine and sat on the lanai and watched the lights of the city in the distance as well as the cars going over the bridge. One of the great things about the lanai is that it is screened in and gives great breezes during day. It was the place we ate breakfast the most often too.
The marina is just next to the condo (actually the pool area and surrounding trees hide the Marina from the first 2 floors), and it is fun to visit and see the various boats, but being so high up we never head any noise. The pool is nice, private, and not crowded but we did not use it as we have one at home we do not use.
The condo itself has some interesting features. There are 3 bedrooms, a master and 2 secondary bedrooms. The master is, of course, the largest with a bath with double sinks, separate tub and shower, The first secondary bedroom is almost as large with 2 queen beds. My husband and I stayed in this room so that we each could have our own beds (he moves around a lot a night) and the mattresses gave us both an outstanding night's sleep--the great ocean air could have helped too. The third bedroom has a queen size bed too which would be perfect for a teenager or college student who needed a study area during the vacation.
The condo had every appliance we needed and then some as I am not real fond on cooking on vacation--but it can be easily done. My husband loved the big screen TV with which he watched his beloved football games. Overall, we had a blast. The only negative is that we were not there long enough."
