  • Love this condo

"Condo owners are wonderful, and easy to communicate with. They truly have your best interest at heart. We rented twice from them and both times we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Love the location, right next to The clubhouse, pool and tennis courts. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The condo is well furnished. The neighbors are all friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend renting from these fine people. Enjoy your stay."

  • Well-Stocked Condo in a Friendly Community

"My husband and I rented this condo for January through March in 2015 and 2016. The unit is comfortable and roomy. The kitchen is well equipped. We especially appreciated the technology set-up, which includes wi-fi and printer/fax/scanner. The owner, Dave, is always looking for ways to make a renter's experience better. This year, we found a new, adjustable mattress; two bags of golf clubs; and a large-screen TV in the living room complete with surround sound. If you're a beach person, the garage is stocked with sand chairs and beach toys. Just about every morning we walked one building away to the nature preserve for a one- or two-mile walk. The neighborhood pool is just a short walk down the street. A five-minute walk gets you to the Clubhouse and the Activity Center. Jet Blue Park, home to Boston Red Sox spring training, is a quick drive away. You're also conveniently close to Fort Myers airport, just down Treeline Avenue, one of the few less traveled thoroughfares in this busy city. There's also easy access to I-75, which comes in handy for accessing Lovers Key State Park and the Bonita Springs beaches. After a busy day in the sun, it's nice to come back to the shady, north-facing screened-in lanai, which is nicely separated by a large pond and grassy areas from the houses across the way."

  • Sanibel Beaches

"Hello, Our trip was amazing. With many serious health complications back home with our puppy, we finally found time to enjoy a quick trip to Florida. Upon arrival at Sanibel View we found the complex extremely well maintained and manicured. The condo itself was very clean, open and inviting. The view of the plumeria trees from the balcony was absolutely picturesque. Bunchee Beach is just down the street and wildlife was abundant. The condos proximity to Sanibel and Captiva Islands was just what we had hoped for in our vacation plans. But best of all was the support, communication and preparation by the owners. All were amazing. All the way to our favorite, Coke Zero, cold in the fridge. We loved every second of our trip. We thank the owners and Sanibel View for meeting ALL our expectations."

  • Perfect getaway and outstanding host!

"We just spent a wonderful month (March 2016) at this Iona home! The house is clean, attractive, has a beautiful view looking down the canal to the river & is well equipped with everything you need. You just need to bring your clothes & personal care items. The location is ideal; in a residential neighborhood close to grocery store, restaurants, outlet stores, pharmacy etc. We particularly liked eating out at the nearby Cape Cod Fish Co. The salmon BLT is great! Good barbecue at the Hickory Bar-B-Q down the road. We also found a good fish market - Beach Seafood Market on San Carlos Blvd. The staff is very helpful & the black fin snapper we brought home to cook was excellent. It is a short drive to Ft. Meyers Beach & Sanibel Island. If you go to Sanibel, don't miss Ding Darling Nature Preserve if you enjoy seeing the local wildlife, great views & lots of birds. The owner, Jim, is easy to contact and responds quickly to any question or need you may have. The washer died one afternoon (stuff happens!); we contacted Jim and within 2 hours the handyman was there; took care of the old washer & installed a brand new washing machine. My wet clothes hadn't even dried yet! All & all we had a great time, wonderful weather & came home relaxed & grateful for a fabulous vacation!"
