  • Perfect Family Island Beach Vacation

"Our family is local so we often go to Orlando with the kids but I really wanted to have a family beach vacation like I had growing up. I was worried the adults would love the relaxation but the kids might get bored. Nope. We had a great time exploring Boca Grande and all the amenities the resort offers. There are all the comforts of home, a very well appointed new kitchen and even board games like Clue for those occasional summer afternoon thunderstorms keeping us off the beach or out of the pool. Could not have been a better week for our family. We are so thankful we found this place."

  • Great Spot

"I have been coming to Boca Grande to fly fish for years but I have never brought my wife until this trip. I wanted her first impression of the area to be great so she would return and this cottage was perfect! Location was excellent, it has everything we could want and the owners were very nice to deal with. I will try to stay here again during future visits."

  • Lovely beach house!

"We had a very nice stay at this casually elegant home in Boca Grande. It is beautifully appointed with everything you might need. The kitchen is easy to work in and the open layout is perfect. It is in a great location - easy access to the beach and town. Loved the pool area and screened in deck off family room. The only issue was no garage door opener so someone had to push the button and come out the door and lock it. Either a code or opener would have made this the absolute perfect week!"

  • The Perfect Beachfront Condo

"It's a good day when the only thing you have to worry about is finding the perfect seashell. We enjoyed every minute of our 3 night stay at this perfectly situated corner condo. I was reluctant to believe the view shown in the pictures and honestly thought there may have been some photo shopping done to enhance the view, but I was proven wrong as soon as we stepped in the front door. The view is actually more beautiful than what is shown in the photos. The mornings spent drinking coffee on the breezy lanai was the perfect start to each day and my 2 boys (ages 13 and 9) had a blast playing in the waves, combing the beach for seashells and shark teeth and diving for sand dollars on the sandbar. The club pool is clean and steps away when you need a break from the sea. We loved the easy accessibility of the condo from the beach when we wanted to come in for lunch and would spend our evenings on the lanai watching the most beautiful sunsets. It's turtle nesting season so lights around the units were minimal, which allowed for great stargazing at night. The beds were very comfortable and we were lulled to sleep each night listening to the waves as you can hear them from the master bedroom. The condo is clean, well appointed and all the needed amenities are provided in order to provide a most comfortable stay. Beach towels are provided for the guests in the condo and the club attendants helped set up beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach on 2 of our days. The third day, we moved the chairs/umbrellas on our own. It was very quiet, maybe 8 families total spread out along the mile long stretch of beach we were on. My husband used the fitness facility and felt it was sufficient for his particular work out. Mack was most helpful in the abundance of information he provided about the condo, the club and the island both before our arrival and provided in the condo. We purchased our groceries at the Publix about a mile off island before we arrived and were greeted with a nice bottle of wine, a bag of Starbucks coffee and smoked almonds to enjoy during our stay. Mack even checked on us during our stay to be sure the accommodations were comfortable and make himself available if we had any questions. We did dine at Temptations one evening and had a great homemade ice cream cone at the Loose Caboose one afternoon. There is a $6 per car toll to access the island. The town is quaint and quiet during this time of year, just like we prefer, and we look forward to a return!"
