  • Beautiful ... sad to leave ...

"We had the most wonderful week in this lovely condo. Beautifully decorated, clean, well equipped, amazing views .. and not to mention spectacular beach. The apartment also has the best position on the complex which look directly over the Gulf. I can honestly say this is one of the best condos I have stayed in - we were really sad to leave. Would definitely recommend this accommodation. Thank you Karen for making our stay so enjoyable."

  • Memorable & Wonderful Vacation

"My wife, two adult daughters, son-in-law and myself had such a restful, memorable and enjoyable week. It was indeed our best-ever vacation. The home was just lovely and spacious with so much to do and enjoy. My daughter with a disability wanted me to note that the home is great for Hugo's, wheel chairs and walkers. We spent all our time in the pool, shelling at the beach, fishing off the dock day & night (catching several!), playing pool/billiards, reading and watching movies. A blue heron and a very friendly white egret visited daily as did 'Fern' the peaceful dove who sat on our heads and shoulders at times and even ate seed from my wife's hands. Tom Nammacher was a gracious host, even inviting us each to take a favorite book home from his extensive library. My one daughter back in Georgia who could not come, on hearing how our week was going, said 'God must be doting on you!". Well, truly that is how we felt....so very, very blessed. Thank you Tom & Pat (and Jeff) for letting us enjoy your lovely Anna Maria Island home. We hope to come back again, but next time bring our grandchildren. Best regards from one very happy and satisfied Stone Mountain family!"

  • 2nd year in a row in this wonderful unit

"This is the second year in a row that we stayed in this unit, and in between our stays, the owner upgraded the kitchen, which is beautiful! The kitchen is well stocked with probably every utensil, appliance, pots, pans, etc. that you would ever need. The unit is very clean, and the bedding and furniture still feel and look brand new. The owner is very nice and has always replied very quickly with any question I have had. My previous review has more details, but to clarify, the master bedroom has a partial gulf view and partial pool view, but the view of both the gulf and the pool are mostly obstructed from the enclosed lanai due to the many lush palm trees on the pathway leading to the pool outside below the lanai, but it is a very nice tropical view. The pool is a large saltwater pool, which is nice because you come out feeling relatively clean and there is no smelly chlorine. The grounds are very well kept. There are stairs near the unit and lead to the unit’s covered parking spot. The washer/dryer and elevator are down the hall. Outside the elevator, there was a shopping cart and luggage cart which is helpful on move in/move out day with luggage, and after a trip to Publix (just over the bridge, about 5 minutes away) with lots of groceries. The huge deck with BBQ grills near the beach is great, and it has a covered section with tables and chairs. There was a massive meteor shower while we were there mid-August, and my family went out onto this deck at 5 am until dawn, and saw 20-30 meteors overhead! Siesta Key is well known for it’s fine white powdery sand, and even in the August sun and heat, it never got hot and was very comfortable to walk on it barefoot. If you are an early riser, walking on the beach just after sunrise is beautiful – I even happened to witness a baby sea turtle that had just hatched, make it’s way to the water!"

  • Great Condo in Beautiful Naples

"We had a wonderful stay at Park Shore. The two bedroom condo is modern, bright, very well maintained and clean with a large lanai. It had everything we needed for our vacation. The Resort itself was well maintained and the staff were courteous and helpful. We would get up every morning, grab a complementary coffee at the clubhouse, and walk the paths and bridges around the property or head out to walk the surrounding neighborhood. The Park Shore area of Naples is truly beautiful and safe. There are good restaurants and shopping just up the road. A short drive or brisk walk takes you to the Village on Venetian Bay for upscale shops and fine dining on the water. A favorite of ours. There are a number of public beach accesses; our favorite was Loudermilk Park. We would head back for a dip in the heated pool after a day at the beach or in town. It was delightful. Owners Angela and Richard were great to work with and made the rental process so easy. All in all it was a great place to stay."
