  • Great Time

"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in unit 1801. The unit was as spacious as it could be. The living room had a nice side view of the ocean. The deck had two tables which was quite nice. The king size bed fair and the updated bathroom was quite nice. The shower had been redone and it was spacious. The unit had washers and dryers which came in handy. The unit also had internet and cable. Overall it is a great unit and Patrick was great to work with. I had a couple of questions after we arrived and he called promptly and stayed on the phone till we could get the tv working , which was totally our issue and then sent an email to double check . One big bonus for us was that he had a key pad! So nice, we hate caring keys around. We definitely will stay again."

  • Nice, comfortable house with everything you need

"This was our second trip to AMI and no less wonderful than the first time. During our first trip, we stayed in the house across the street, also owned by Anita. Both houses are great. The house nicely laid out with plenty of space for a family of five and has a lovely private yard. The house was clean, fully equipped with everything you need and located just a short bike ride away from the shops on Pine St. and both piers. I would not hesitate to rent this house again should we visit AMI a third time. Thanks Anita for another great stay."

  • Great house! Great location!

"Our family had the greatest time during our stay at Saba Winds in Captiva. It's a very comfortable and spacious home - the perfect beach house. The location on the beach was ideal, too. Not too far to carry the beach chairs and enjoy the sun, sand and sea - and seashells! If it was too breezy or the water too cool, the swimming pool was a wonderful substitute. We enjoyed many lunches on the screened in lanai and cooked some great family meals in the kitchen. Amazing amount of wildlife in the area - especially birds. We had a bald eagle perch on the ironwood tree outside of the lanai every morning. She came every day, so we eventually named her Betsy Ross. Lots of great memories of our stay and we really enjoyed the home and the location."
