This was a great place to stay for my parents and I (they're in their late 60's, I am in my 30s). The condo is very spacious and clean; we could not hear each other from our rooms when going to bed/waking up. There was plenty of space to store our belongings. The couches were very comfortable. The TV in the family room was large and with enough channels to keep us entertained. There were thoughtful perks available for use like hairdryers, dish soap, sunblock, chairs and beach towels. The beds were comfortable and the linens were fresh. We made use of the washing machine/dryer and they worked well. We enjoyed the balconies, especially the one off of the family room. The wifi was great, we needed to reset it only once or twice, likely because I was FaceTime-ing regularly to my husband and kiddo. The owner answered the phone late on Saturday night (in New York!) to help us find the elevator passcode, also a very kind person. We were able to make use of the accessible parking spots right outside of our door on the ground floor, which made it easy to get in and out. Our only recommendation as Scottish folk is to add a small kettle to the kitchen appliances, we had to microwave our water for tea (we drink a lot of tea); the coffee machine worked well. We cooked quite a few meals and found there were enough dishes and pots/pans for what we needed.
The other wonderful perk was the pool was hardly busy--when we'd arrive another couple or family would be leaving. We had 3 days by the pool with no one else there! I used the gym and no one was in it either.
Tiger tail beach is only a few KM away and is beautiful. We enjoyed the quick walk to Publix each morning for our dinner items, the festivities held at CJ's (the music and dancing was great to see on Thursday), the view of the bay, and the evening walks through all of the surrounding neighbourhoods--beautiful homes, warm breezes (eg. no mosquitos!), and little burrowing owls to spot. There is a tiny diner called Hoot's that serves delicious, well-priced food. Go when it opens for dinner. The farmer's market is across the street and we had fun shopping and sampling when there (bagels, nut butter, paella and key lime pie were some of our tasty takeaways). The church along the main strip had a big bazaar we walked to as well. There is a great Beall's outlet on the street, we mapped our evening walk to end there one night. All fun and easy.
Thanks for a great stay, we would return!
