    "This was our 14th year to visit Marco Island. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your condo! We definitely loved it being a corner unit, and the extra light and view it provided. The bathrooms were so beautifully updated. The condo had everything we needed. It was so nice having the beach towels to use, and we should have left ours at home. I really appreciated the great quality washer and dryer. It had so much room and worked great! I would love to stay here again!"

  • Great stay on Marco

    "This is a very nice condo right on the beach. The only issue I had is that a couple mornings people were out on the concrete patio talking and they were very loud and sounded almost like they were in the condo. Luckily they just did that a couple mornings."

    "#1 SHORT review – #2 LONG review: #1 We returned from a month-long dead-of-winter vacation at Rob and Dana’s Marco Island condo 10 days ago. Yesterday we booked five weeks for next winter (2018). Nuff said? #2 A comfortable bed and a clean bathroom are the minimum requirements one would hope for at a hotel, motel or vacation rental. Here we had two spotless, newly appointed bathrooms, each equipped with an oversized glass-enclosed stall shower. Ventilation fans were in both and a hair dryer was in the master. There was a vast lump-free mattress on the supersize king bed. To sleep by the light of the moon, one need but open the blind on the glass slider that comprises the room’s west wall. The balcony outside is so large that a second slider provides access the adjacent living room. When too lazy to join the sunset watchers on the beach, the balcony serves the purpose nicely with a table and four-chair set, plus a lounge and a couple of other chairs. Guests might show up once they learn of your contentedness, in which case you can evict any TV watchers from the convertible couch that sleeps two. The second bedroom is utilitarian, with a pair of twin beds, its own TV (one of three in the suite) and the pristine loo and shower. Though the building dates to the 1980s, Rob and Dana, as relatively new owners, decided to do a full renovation of their unit, hence all the shiny new appliances, the remodeled bathrooms and the new flooring. The small kitchen includes an oversize ice-maker fridge. An oversize washer and dryer also are nearby. A tenant could not hope for more conscientious landlords. When we had a couple of minor issues (e.g. a system battery beeping to signal an approaching expiration), they were on the case immediately and the solutions came swiftly. All in all, we could not have asked for a better rental experience."
