  • Excellent beach condo on Marco Island

"From the moment we stepped into the condo we knew we had selected the best place for our vacation. The view is spectacular and unit is bright, clean, newly renovated and offers all amenities in a fully stocked kitchen if you want to cook your meals. Dishes, glassware, countertop appliances. A full fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Steps from Crescent Beach, 6 miles of white sandy beaches. The best shelling area should you decide to take a stroll or sit at the waters edge on the beach chairs proved by the condo. Perfectly located for easy access to many of the is,ands restaurants. Tokyo Inn offers the best hibachi cooking at great prices for great food. Snook's Inn, CJ's on the Bay in the Espanade, joey's Pizza, the Crazy Flamingo, Michelbobs for take out, best ribs on the Island, Jackies Chinese takeout for great value and good food. Take a trip out to Smallwood Store and boat tours on Chokoloskee .Island in the Everglades. The store is now a museum and the boat tour took us out to a portion of the Everglades where we experienced white pelicans and several pods of dolphins, they love to follow the boat and you can get right up close pictures of them . The town of Naples is a short 45 minute drive, downtown .Naples at 5th Ave offers a selection of stores, art galleries and restaurants. Old Naples at 10th Ave has a large selection of upscale dining. This condo would be enjoyed by indivuals of all ages, from walking the beach, renting wave runners, parasailing or just taking in the most beautiful sunset each day."

  • I want to go back!

"We stayed in this unit in December. It is very clean and comfy. The kitchen is very well stocked, there were plenty of dishes, cookware and utensils to make any meal on those days you didn't want to leave the beach long enough to eat out. Best balcony ever! Great view of the beach, lagoon and wilderness area. Balcony is in the shade all day, but still allows gorgeous sunset views. So many shells and sand dollars, overwhelming! The showers have great water pressure, and the beds were comfy. Convenient to elevator, but quiet! No noise. The property was beautifully maintained and very secure. The closet is full of beach accessories, including a heavy duty cart, umbrella, chairs, toys, etc. We enjoyed dining at Mango's, DaVinci's, Michael Bob's BBQ, and Marco Island Brew Pub. The service at Joey's was dismal, even though there were only two other families there, and their pizza was mediocre at best. The Brew Pub's food was excellent, and our family meal there was actually the least expensive one we had during the week. Davide's also had great food. We did a shelling tour with Everglades Area Tours in a small six person boat. It was fantastic! A great week. I highly recommend this condo."

  • Great Location and Lovely Property

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a pleasant experience with this property. It was clean and well equipped, and the management company was welcoming and flexible during our check in and check out. Although it wasn't a huge issue for us, it did lack a bit in terms of your usual expectations such as Wi-Fi, Cable TV with good picture quality, filtered water in the fridge, a kettle, a cart to take beach chairs to the beach (which is quite a trek). Additionally, I would recommend less reliance on the smart phone app and perhaps supplementing the app with clear and concise instructions on 1 sheet of paper. The last thing I want to do on my vacation is look at my iPhone app for instructions about the amenities and other rules of the property. Another thing I don't want to do is walk to another building to register and get another set of instructions. I recommend consolidations all of the rules/instructions (which seemed to be abundant)along with access codes on that 1 sheet of paper and pre-registering the guests ahead of time so that they have less processes to go through. Also, info on transportation/car service options would have been useful to have on that sheet of paper as well. Aside from the inconveniences of where and how to get information, our experience was pleasant and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property."
