  • PERFECT FAMILY VACATION HOME

"We rented this magnificent home for our 50th anniversary celebration with our family. The open kitchen and large deck made it the perfect gathering place while our adult children and grandchildren, ranging in age from 1 to 19, were enjoying the pool/spa, , fishing off the large dock, playing pool or just soaking up the beautiful view. The owner was gracious and always available to answer any questions during the whole rental process. We are already dreaming of a way to come again."

  • Another great stay in Marco!

"This is our second time renting this house. The rental process is made very easy and straightforward by Michael the owner. The house is very well kept, cleaned, and has everything you can think of. The 4 bikes provided by Michael are a big plus since Marco is small enough that you can bike wherever you want, especially to the beach which doesn't take more than 10'. The pool is warm and of a good size. The view of the canal is great. We can't wait to be back in Michael's house next summer!!! Though, one small upgrade would be a queen or a king bed in the master's bedroom."

  • Nice home, great location!

"Overall it's a very nice home in a convenient location, with a nice pool and dock on the canal. We really enjoyed coming back to the house after a day on Tigertail beach, jumping in the pool, enjoying a drink on the dock and grilling up some dinner. The house is centrally located so you are never more than a 5-10 minute drive to anywhere on the island. The pool table was a big hit and gave the kids something to do (other than swim) while we made meals. They also enjoyed fishing off the dock and we even saw a couple dolphins swim by. One thing that should be noted is that in order to get to the bedroom with the twin beds, you must walk through the master bedroom and they share the Master bathroom. That may work well for a family with small kids but we ended up taking the bedroom downstairs instead. It worked out fine but it would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Some of the stuff that comes with the house could also use some updating. The bikes were in rough shape, the fishing gear wasn't in working order (glad we brought our own), some of the pool queues were broken and there was only one working beach chair. Again, it is a great home but some updated amenities would be go a long way. Some things we enjoyed during our stay: Renting a boat from Walker's Hideaway Marina, Tigertail beach, watching the sunset from The Sunset Grill and the Naples Zoo."

  • Vacation Bliss!

"We've stayed in many vacation rentals and this is by far the best. From the ease of communication with the owner at booking, to arriving at this beautiful home, everything was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and a beautiful area to walk a dog. We also loved the burrowing owls who greeted us every morning across the street. The house is fully equipped with anything and everything you might need to cook meals in, or throw something on the grill out by the pool. It's a great location to get out and explore Marco Island and the surrounding area, but also a destination within itself; you can just enjoy the pool and the view. You're close to everything, but also feel removed and relaxed in the tranquil island setting. Normally we go surf fishing, but we had so much fun fishing right out back we never made it. There are many great restaurants close by as well as a seafood market with fresh local catches. Everglades City is also a short ride away for something a little off the beaten path, and a taste of old Florida. We would definitely recommend this property, and cant wait to return again!"
