  • I'll be back...,that says it all!

"Our family of five adults had a great time. Louise's condo is very pleasant not fancy which I like and felt like home. I did not feel like I had to clean it everyday and watch out for possible spills etc We would relax and enjoy the outdoor indoor living. We have stayed at SS for over 30 years and really like the quieter side looking over Tigertail! We also like this layout with the balconies off both bedrooms and living area that makes the condo feel even more spacious. Having said that I found Louise to be extremely accommodating as we requested to arrive a day earlier than planned and our request was graciously accepted as the condo was vacant. That extra day was extremely beneficial to make the vacation complete . I do plan to visit Marco every year following in my mother and her sisters footsteps . Our adult daughters are also continuing the tradition. Susan. Cape Cod"

  • One of the best locations in Marco Island

"We stayed in 1330 Forrest Court for 17 days in July 2016. We were two families, in total four adults and five children. We had an amazing time in Marco Island. The house was perfect for us and we felt like home right away. It contains everything you need (plus a lot more) and the comfort level was 1st class. Even With nine people in the house there was more than enough space for the children to play and the adults to relax. Moreover, the outside area with the pool as the midpoint is very nice. The location is one of the best on the island facing Smokehouse Creek, which is a more open area than the narrow canals where most similar houses are located. We even saw dolphins playing around the dock almost on a daily basis! The owners were very helpful and flexible and they genuinely wanted us to have really good time in their house. They made everything very convenient for us and we could enjoy every moment of our vacation without worrying about practicalities with the house. The property was very clean and well maintained. Everything is of high quality in this house. The bathrooms and kitchen were up to the absoulutely latest standards, beds are very comfortable (we all slept like babies!) and the entertainment systems give you everything you need and are easy to use. The reality actually exceeded the impression we had got from the description and the photos on the Internet. We can highly recommend 1330 Forrest Court for anyone that wants to enjoy Marco Island and the surrounding areas in a comfortable and luxurious manner!"

  • Wonderful

"The whole experience was very nice. The process of reserving, paying, contacting prior and pick-up of the keys was easy. We arrived after check in, so we tend to have to pick up keys later. The real estate office was very easy to find and the keys were where they told me to go. There was no one at the front office at the condo, so we were a little lost at how to get in through locked entrance doors and gates, but we followed another family. Once we figured all the locked gates and doors out, it went smoothly. You have to have one of the keys with you when you go anywhere. We have run into this at other condos at other beaches also. The condo was very nice. It was well stocked with dishes and the necessary start up supplies and it was clean. We rented beach chairs from a local place. Grocery stores were close by. The views from the balcony were awesome. I loved being on an end unit and being able to see the pool also. We were a little intimidated by the sign telling us to open the balcony doors and windows before cooking, because the smoke detectors were sensitive. We followed directions out of fear of setting them off. We also got a note on our car the first night that we must pay a parking fee of $25. The office was closed so we had no idea how to do that with the office closed. We asked a security person and he said to come down either at 10 that night or the next morning. The office was open for paying the next morning, even though the signs read that it was not open except during the week. Parking instructions should be spelled out better by the condo office. The reminder ticket was fine, but they should explain when and where to go to pay the fees. The elevators stopped working at one point during our stay and caused a major people jam from the beach when a storm moved in. We just took the stairs. I'm sure this was inconvenient for people staying on higher floors, or people with lots of beach stuff and small children. One of the elevators stayed out of order for half of the week, so it did cause a back-up to use the elevators. Other than that my only complaint was that local stores do not stay open later in the summer. There are plenty of nice restaurants in the area though. I absolutely loved the community center to go to and jog around their pond on their paths. There was plenty of shaded benches and indoor facilities for water at the center. All and all it was a really nice beach and condo."
