  • Lovely house, nicely nestled between Naples and Marco island

"Great house with plenty of space and comfy bedrooms. Our kids loved the pool out back. Having guest access to the Players Club enabled us to take advantage of some exercise classes and the lagoon pool."

  • We were well informed but a good thing we did not plan on cooking

"The manager, Jim, informed us of everything we could possibly fit in given we were there only one week. Our quarters were very tight but livible, as long as cooking was not a big part of our stay. Fortunately we had planned on eating out most meals with family and friends. Again, Jim was a huge help with recommendations for some great places to eat. He made sure that anything which was not working, was. We had a wonderful week and such easy access to the beach."

  • Great Location, Excellent Value!

"We're really happy we chose this property for our stay on Lido Key this year! The location is awesome, just one block to Lido Beach and the public pool and a 10-minute walk to St. Armand's Circle. Although we didn't use our car often, we really appreciated the covered parking which kept our car out of the hot sun! The combo living/dining room is cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is nicely equipped with full-size appliances and had everything we needed in the way of dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils. Bath, bed, and kitchen towels/linens are all provided, along with beach towels. In the bedroom, the king size bed is a bit firm for our liking but comfortable, and the small desk doubled as a dressing table and laptop station for us. The walk0in closet is quite large and had plenty of hangers, and space to store our luggage. In the small covered lanai off the bedroom, we found beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach toys... although we didn't use them, we thought is was a nice bonus! We arranged for wifi access and it worked flawlessly. (Note that the bathroom is accessible only off the bedroom.) All in all, a great rental... we plan to return and will definitely recommend it to others!"

  • Really torn on how to review this property.

"If I give this house the review it deserves it will be more popular and may be harder for me to get in the future. Plenty of room for family and friends. Clean. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of clean towels and linens if needed. Washer and dryer for extra convenience. Nice pool and back yard area. A short walk to the beach and shops and restaurants and bars. The biggest draw back is the traffic during peak hours getting on and off Anna Maria Island. But that I suppose is a function of being on an island. I suggest doing your grocery shopping off the island at the Publix on Manatee Ave or at the Winn Dixie on Cortez rd. Less crowds and lower prices than on the island. We are already talking with our kids about another family vacation there next year. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxed Florida vacation."
