  • Truly enjoyed our second year in this cottage.

"Was truly pleased with the renovation and upgrades to the bedrooms, lanai, tv's and living room. New clothes dryer was nice. Maybe a new washer next year? Might want to upgrade with a few casseroles for those visitors who like to cook dinner at home every now and then, like us. All in all we enjoyed our second February in Naples. We have already booked the cottage for 2018!"

  • I lived on the back deck! spectacular!!

"the property is lovely, just as pictured. i was hesitant with the lack of reviews as it's new on the site, but i can honestly say this home is fantastic. well laid out, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. the master bedroom is quite large and the mattress (king bed) is great quality - both my husband and i found it perfect. we ate at home many nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. for me, the coup de gras was the lanai. a little bit of paradise. we spent most of our time when at the house on the deck. got up, got coffee and headed to the deck. it was so beautiful and peaceful there. it is north facing which i thought was bad but turns out to be what i always want. it is wide so you get sun on the section closest to the screen but with temps in the 80's when it felt hot in the sun it was always comfortable in the shaded deck with a slight breeze coming off the lake. the patio furniture was perfect, nice table with 6 chairs to eat at and two comfortable chaise lounges. the pool and hot tub heated up nicely and was a nice treat to have. we were here with our dog and he loved the lanai too : ) because of the lake, you have lot's of privacy as the neighbors are across the lake and the neighbors on either side are hidden by landscaping. the location works well, it's in a well kept neighborhood - lot's of pretty landscaping and only a quick 10 minute drive to downtown old naples and the beaches. old naples is lovely with tons of restaurants (none cheap) all with outdoor seating options, lots of art galleries and artsy shops. in addition there is a wonderful park within biking distance (east naples community park) that has 48 pickleball courts, many tennis courts, a community center and a pretty pond with a walking path around it where i would go walk with my dog. very serene and in the shade on hot days. only two minor things to note, one the shower in the master bedroom is a big step up as it's into a whirlpool tub so we had to be careful getting in and out. and the grill on the deck is pitiful. it's electric and small. would be great to have a real gas grill but that being said, my husband was pleasantly surprised at how well it cooked. i hope we can come back and stay here again. i'm going to seriously miss my mornings and evenings on the lanai watching the birds playing and sunning in the pond. thanks jany for being so easy to work with and promptly returning my calls and emails."

  • Ranch King L is Fabulous!

"We have just returned from a three-week stay at Ranch King L and loved it! The house is very clean, every amenity is included and it is spacious and well-decorated. We felt like we were staying in a luxury hotel but with all the privacy and convenience of our own home. We really enjoyed the swimming pool, hot tub and outdoor living/dining area. The location of the house is perfect for us as we could easily get to downtown Naples, the beach and restaurants as well as easy access to I-75. Also, we could walk to the gym, Publix grocery store, Starbucks, the nail salon etc. The neighborhood and adjoining areas are safe, clean and attractive for walking. I was able to easily access bicycle routes to Tamiami Trail which took me down to Marco Island, Everglades City and Chokoloskee. It was a great experience and Ranch King L is the perfect headquarters for staying in Naples."
