  • Nice condo in Countryside

"We have just completed our second winter stay at this condo in a lovely and gated golf community. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, walk- in shower, and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size mattress and its own full bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for preparing meals and the refrigerator has an ice maker. There is a table for two by the window in the kitchen where we often watch the golfers go by as we enjoy our breakfast. There are two Weber gas grilles just outside by the pool which makes grilling very easy. The living room is spacious and has a new flat screen TV. The dining area has a large table and seating for four people. The lanai has a table and 4 chairs where we have some of our meals and where we watch the beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine in hand. There is a full size washer and dryer so no need to pack too many clothes. This is a third floor unit and the elevator is conveniently just steps from the front door. The gated community here is beautiful and we have made many new friends. The pool is just a few yards away and is a great place for a refreshing swim or simply to relax and work on your tan. There are also bocce and tennis courts for the use of guests. There are many excellent restaurants near by and downtown Naples with its many shops and restaurants is just minutes away. Our favorite beach is Lowdermilk which is also just a very short drive away as is the famous Naples Pier. Marco Island as well as Sanibel and Captiva are well worth a visit. The Snook Inn is a great lunch spot on Marco Island. There is much to do in the Naples area such as golf, concerts, Spring training baseball, museums, botanical gardens, and air boat rides through the Everglades just to mention a few. The golf course at Countryside is beautifully maintained and is our favorite area golf course. You will love it! Countryside is a pretty area for walks any time of day and biking is common as well. This condo has everything you need and is in a wonderful location for your visit to Naples. We are sorry to leave and hope to return."

  • Perfect summer in Naples!

"My family stayed here for three weeks this summer. We vacation in this area often and this was one of our favorite stays. The owners were so nice to work with and made sure everything was ready for us when we arrived. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs- 2 adults and 2 children. The grounds were also very well maintained. As parents we liked the location- very close to downtown Naples, the pier, and beaches. The kids loved the huge pool after a day at the beach. There are plenty of supermarkets and shopping nearby- we love Publix and Oakes Farms on Davis Blvd. which has fantastic seafood, organic products, meats, deli, hot food bar, and pastry shop. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook and there are many fantastic restaurants nearby if you don't. Even the people around the condo complex were very friendly. If you are staying for an extended time the location of the condo is fantastic. You can easily do some day trips to the Everglades to see the gators and manatees, Barefoot Beach in Bonita Springs (we love Coconut Jacks restaurant), Fort Myers Beach (Doc Fords restaurant is good), Sanibel Island (the grouper sandwich as The Lazy Flamingo is awesome and if you like birding N Ding Darling is a great place to bike through), and Marco Island (Tigertail Beach- great for shelling). We even traveled to the Keys to SCUBA dive with Rainbow Reef Divers out of Key Largo for a few days. If you like pizza try The Crust. It is amazing. If you enjoy wine, try the Naples Winery in Tin City. They have a lot of fruit wines and sangria. All in all this area has everything for people who are looking for either a relaxing beach vacation , or a place to find adventure in fishing, boating, paddleboarding, kayaking, shelling, kite surfing, and even beach volleyball action. I highly recommend this condo. We hope to be back soon!"

  • Relaxing vacation spot

"Thank you for a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. My husband and I spent all of February in this condo at Crown Pointe Shores. The condo was wonderful, extremely clean with everything you need. The surrounding community was so friendly when we took our morning walks thru the neighborhood. The club house and pool were great. We loved sitting out on the lanai in the evening watching the beautiful sunset and listening to the wildlife around the lake. This condo is conveniently located to everything....5th Avenue shopping, beaches, and great restaurants. We will definitely be back."

  • Beautiful home

"Perfect home for our vacation. Six friends who have been coming to Naples for the past 13 years. This is the first year we stayed at this property. We loved it! It was spotless and very well maintained providing you with everything you may need. The location was great very easy to get everywhere. It's in a gated community and so beautifully kept. The pool was a great size and had lots of seating including a table with six seats. From the pool you could see the lake making it a beautiful setting. The beds were so comfortable and the home had lots of TV's which we enjoyed. I'm sure we will be back again. I would definitely recommend this property."
