"My wife and I rented this home for the month of March, 2016 and were delighted to have done so. It is a very clean, cheerful, well decorated, well appointed home and is located within a mile of two beaches. It is also convenient to the shops at Mercato, the Pavilion and many restaurants. The owners have provided many extra accessories which added greatly to our enjoyment. We would not hesitate to rent there again. It contributed to making our Naples vacation a very enjoyable time."

  • Dream Beach Retreat

"My wife and I had a chance to getaway for the weekend along with our Havanese dog and we decided to looks for a weekend house in Naples FL. We foud this perfect, lovely beach house located in a residential area a short 5 minute bike ride away (15 min on foot) from the beatiful Varderlbilt beach, the bikes were provided by the owner. The beach is shared with the nearby Ritz-Carlston Beach Resort and very close to the Delnor -Wiggins Pass State Park. We had a great time, from relaxing at the beach to watching sunsets from the Bar at the Ritz to just hanging out at home. Wholefoods is a short drive away where we got our essentials located as part of The Mercato Mall where we also had a selection of good restaurants (and bars), we enjoyed the the Stone Crab at the Deep Blue Lagoon also nearby. We highly recommend this house, we wil return as often as we can, its the best way to enjoy the Gulf."

  • Awesome

"We were a little sceptical at first, since many of the houses in the neighborhood seemed to be from the 70s. But this house and many others around are ompletely re-modelled. New bathrooms, new floors (all tiled with real tiles), new windows, roof, aircon, electric, kitchen. In sum, the house is new. The heated pool with screening was added just weeks before we got there. The location is perfect, 1/2 a mile from the shopping centers and beach. I recommend beach access via the state Park. It is cheaper and less crowded. When you arrive at the house, you will feel at home immediately. Everything you need is there: spices, kitchen towels, aluminum wrap, washer, dryer, detergent. Grill, beach chairs, towels, beach towels, Pool towels, everything. Thank you Ben for a wonderful place, we will be back!"

  • A wonderful home we cant wait to leave home for again.

"This is a deceptively large home in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. 12 of us (ages 15-68) left the cold Midwest to enjoy the warm weather of southern Fla and found this house to be more than ample size to accommodate our large family. Having driven there we found the 2 car garage an added plus. With 8 beds along with a hide-a-bed and a couch (our Florida college student (a 13th person) says is comfy) we all slept well. The upper level with 5 beds has a separate thermostat for those who like a different temperature than others in your group. The house had plenty of bathrooms along with plenty of showers and and amazing amount of hot water. We early risers in our group found the screened in patio porch a great place to enjoy laughs over morning coffee in the wonderful morning Fla weather while the late bloomers slept-in unbothered by our noise. Bring plenty of your favorite coffee grounds for the automatic drip coffee maker, we went through a lot. The kitchen with cooking utensils, stove, dishwasher and full sized refrigerator (With a complimentary bottle of 'Yellow Tail' wine in it) was a great money saver for home cooked meals. We used the Charcoal grill outside of the screen porch for some great grilled meals. Florida is a great place for fresh seafood and some of the best fish mongers are just 20 minutes north around Fort Meyers. Grilled yellow fin tuna steaks and shrimp are delicious. That said the restaurant 'Skillets' (just a mile away) is a great place for breakfast and the nearby Grocery stores 'Publix' makes some really good fried chicken . Most of us found the walk to Vanderbuilt beach easy (the 68 year old in our group did find it a tad long (the public parking lot near the beach is close by and only $8 to park). When you walk into the public entrance of Vanderbuilt beach turn right (north) and walk for about 3-5 minutes to get away from the crowded section, its worth it. . Vanderbuilt beach has wonderfully soft sand unlike the beaches we have stayed on at Sanibel or Marco island, which is nice, but is mostly crushed sea shell and hard on bare feet. At night my wife and I enjoyed leaving the family at the house as walked to the beach for some barefoot moonlight strolls. The owner Barbera is as nice as she sounds and is very pleasant to work with, we will definitely stay in this house again. The house even has a smaller rental unit that my wife and i plan on using on a couple only motorcycle trip. cant wait"
