  • Wish I didn't have to leave! Wonderful house (wish it was mine!)

"This home was simply fantastic. It is beautiful, spacious and well equipped. The owners were fantastic and helped with anything we needed as was the property manager Matt (who came by in the middle of the night to silence a battery dead smoke detector that was beeping randomly!). We had a fantastic vacation here and truly enjoyed it. I have added details below if you are detail oriented like I am :-) You enter the home into the courtyard that features a jacuzzi and pool, table and chairs, an outdoor shower and a grill. The pool is partially shaded so you can choose to be in sun or shade. There are two waterfalls- one at the wall and the other from the jacuzzi into the pool. From the courtyard you can enter the home at the dining room, the master bedroom or go out to the lanai. The lanai has lounge chairs and a fireplace. We didn't use that area as it was super hot during our stay. MASTER- The master bedroom is quite large and you can exit outside to the lanai or pool which was nice. The bed was very comfortable although the bedding could use a bit of an upgrade as the sheets were quite pilled. The bedding and floors and the room were clean and tidy. There is a TV in the master bedroom. BATH-I seriously could go on forever about the shower. The water pressure is phenomenal and there are THREE shower heads- two handheld and one that rains from the ceiling. It was like a spa visit every time I took a shower. The bathroom was very clean. Large jacuzzi tub as well although we didn't use it. 2 sinks and a "water closet". KITCHEN-I love to cook and cooked almost every night that we stayed there. There is a gas stovetop, a large microwave and an oven. Ample counter space. The fridge and freezer is very large and there is a separate wine fridge as well. Plenty of silverware and cookware to make do. Even had a food processor which was a bonus. Most of the kitchen was very clean. (A couple of spots could use some attention like the stove knobs) Upstairs has two bedrooms and my daughter loved having her privacy up there. All clean and comfortable for her! For the most part we spent our days going to Delnor Wiggins were we swam, kayaked and just played beach bums! We would drive to the beach since we took the beach chairs (in the garage) with us. We did take the bikes out for a spin as they looked lonely in the garage! Getting around town was very simple and there are many choices for shopping and dining very close. Thank you Belle!!!!"

  • Great place to stay!

"We stayed here this past Christmas (2016) for 9 nights and had a great time at this perfectly located house. The house does have everything you need for the beach (wonderful thick beach towels!), sitting on the lawn overlooking the canal (comfortable lounge chairs), and very nicely decorated house. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and made the couple of meals I prepared there a breeze. We walked to the Fish House a couple of times for dinner (great food!) and we took the canoe out in the canal a few times. We saw some manatees swimming in the canal right next to the dock! Truly magical! Ken was a superb host, so friendly and nice. My husband, son, dad and brother even did a half day fishing charter with him and had a fantastic time and caught a bunch of fish. Additionally, Ken was super fast to refund our deposit. We hope to stay here again if we return."

  • Great for families

"We loved everything about our stay. The saltwater pool was great for the kids. There were toys and books, as well as lots of beach items like umbrellas and chairs. We liked being able to walk to Vanderbilt Beach. The beds were very comfortable and the open concept was wonderful for two families. We would certainly return."

  • Close to beach

"Although not directly on the beach it is right across the road with very easy access. We enjoyed our stay."
