  • Wonderful Florida vacation

"My wife and I rented this property for February and March 2016. The property is beautifully furnished with every amenity to allow for a comfortable stay. This home is perfect for a family with children, or a couple just seeking a spacious home. There were plenty of toys and activities for children. We had room for adult relatives to visit. Before and during our months' visit we were able to have contact with the owners for information and advice. Sterling Oaks provides a lovely and safe environment as well as easy access to the surrounding area. Amazing beaches, a vast choice of restaurants and shops are within a 10 minute drive. Fort Myers and Naples also give alternative locations for beaches, leisure activities, shopping malls and many entertainment venues including theatres and musical performances. It is a tennis community with a beautiful olympic size pool. The tiki bar at the pool contributes to a life of leisure. We would recommend this home to anyone seeking a relaxing Florida vacation."

  • Wonderful Condo for Escape from Northeast Winter

"Absolutely great time for my wife and me away from NJ during winter months of Jan/Feb 2016. The condo was spacious, immaculately clean, and very well appointed with extensive kitchen/bath amenities, multiple wall mounted flat screen TVs, Wi-Fi, and an en suite bathroom and large walk-in closet adjoining the master bedroom. We loved the condo's aft facing screened lanai with a view of a meandering brook-like bubbling water feature amongst well maintained greenery. Within the Pelican Bay complex there was much to do. There is a modern fitness center with the latest equipment and a tennis club with numerous courts, and at the top of our list is the tram service through the mangroves leading to the beaches on the Gulf of Mexico for sunning and swimming. The greater Naples area had much to offer as well, including fine restaurants, great shopping, a zoo, and the Artis-Naples Cultural Center offering New York quality concerts and plays with famous artists/celebrities. The property owner made our visit even more enjoyable by checking with us to make sure everything met our expectations. We had a really great time and look forward to doing this again. Highly recommended!"

  • Better than advertised!

"Our month in Naples was great this year. Our unit was so bright and spacious. It was pleasant even on a rainy afternoon. We spent time by the pool and on our lanai when we weren't out visiting various attractions in the area. The shopping district was a nice walk away and I got my exercise by walking down there and window shopping. Tin City was even closer and also a nice place to walk. Plus, we walked in and out of the lovely streets right in the community. The unit was well equipped with both small and large appliances. The dishes and glassware were plentiful. The bed was very comfortable. We ate in some great restaurants, many reasonably priced. Joe Kayal was a pleasure to to business with. Both efficient and thoughtful. Everything went very smoothly, from contract signing, meeting recommended neighbors for help and information and, sadly, leaving."

  • The perfect place

"After many vacations in Naples, it's been our second stay with the Bishops in their wonderful place in the heart of Olde Naples. Staying at TerraPalma is an unique experience. It feels better than any 5-star hotel and you won't miss anything. In that case, the perfect hosts Judy and David (not to forget their nice Puppy Biscuit) will get or organize in an instant. Their place is not only well equipped and lovely decorated. If you like to spend the day and night outside their manicured garden and patio with a stat-of-the-art BBQ is the place to be. Beach and Naples Pier ar so close that you can fire up the grill, go for a swim and/or watch the magnificient sunset and be back for dinner within a minute. Bars and restaurants on third street a only a short stroll (one small block) away and off great opportunities for a night cap and people and luxury car watching. We can't expect to return to this little paradise."
