  • little yellow house

"I found this house to be very charming and tastefully decorated. The terrazzo floors and a touch of Bali in decor is very appealing. Location is 4star with the beach, 5th Ave, the Library and Wynn's grocery store within a lovely walk under beautiful live oaks making a canopy overhead. The garden area with table and chairs and lounge chairs were so welcome ..they were a definte plus."

  • Great experience

"Everything other reviewers have stated is accurate. Tom was easy to work with and very response to questions and had great suggestions, i.e. Where to rent a boat. The cottage was impeccable and very up to date. All the amenities make for a great vacation, particularly the bikes and beach equipment. The only down side is its close proximity to US 41 with all the road noise and congestion. Having said that you are well located to take advantage of all that Naples offers. The beds are heavenly. Don't miss the Real McCaw restaurant less than 1 mile away for a fantastic local treat. I'll be back to the cottage!"

  • Great location

"We stayed at this apartment for a week. It was fully furnished with everything you need (lots of kitchen utensils/pots/pans, towels, soap, hangers, etc.). It was a full kitchen with dishwasher. There is a laundry room (more like a closet) in the unit free of charge with laundry detergent. You will have to do lot of loads since it is very tiny though. There is cable on the tvs. The bed is a double/queen so very small if you are used to sleeping in a king. The unit is very small (maybe 600sq. ft) with one full bathroom but you can't beat the location if you are staying for a short time. 5th Avenue is a block away (note that there are avenues and streets so we were looking for this place on 5th ave when we should have been looking for 5th street). It comes with one free reserved parking spot. The private complex pool is right outside your door and is very quiet. Besides the bed and the outdated furniture/décor, this place is great unit to reserve for a week."

  • Life is better in Naples!

"What's not to love? The house is beautiful, the location is perfect and Naples has everything and more you'd ever wish for. We've just spent 2 weeks here, a family of 5 for the sixth year in a row. Why? Because it's perfect. The most relaxed holiday you could dream of and even with 3 active boys. Plenty to do with golf, tennis, cycling even managed a day trip to Tampa to see a NFL game! The choice of dining is endless...suiting everyone but there's nothing better to do than watch the sunset and head back to the villa and BBQ by the pool. Another day in paradise. 🌴🌴"
