  • This house was the highlight of our holiday!

"We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived! The house is spacious, clean and smells and looks 'new'. Photos displayed here are already giving a good overview of what to expect, but in real-life we liked it even better. We were on a holiday with our 6-year old son, who was afraid of sleeping upstairs on his own and it was easy to make a bed from the (comfortable) pull-out couch. We were outside most of the time and enjoyed the pool and large sitting area without lanai. For me a big plus, as I don't feel caged and closer to nature. In the early mornings mornings I enjoyed my coffee and looked at the wildlife in the lake! Pelicans diving in for fish in the morning and fish jumping out ;-) in the afternoon. Allthough there was no cover, the pool was very clean and our son enjoyed himself getting the few leaves out of it every morning. We stayed in for dinner almost every night to cook healthy or grill and every item needed was present for all that you might need. We ate in the covered area at night and had breakfast outside while our son was already playing in the water. The area is beautifully landscaped and it was so quiet and peaceful. We didn't even see the neighbours the whole week and waved back to friendly people driving by when we left the house. As we had added the Players Club Membership to our booking, I must admit that I would have loved to explore this even more during our stay (which obviously was too short!). My husband went to the health club a few times in the morning by bike and was astounished by the space and possibilities. He loved it. We sat by the large pool at the club in the afternoon and the whole family loved swimming and sunbathing. There were several pools and all kinds of (relaxed) people; young and older. We had lunch a few times too, which was very good. I can recommend to add the membership when you stay here. Arriving at the house, dealing with the owner/property manager went very smooth and enjoyable. There was a great deal of trust, which I very much appreciated. Grocery shopping at Publix was very close, Naples was not as close as we thought (but easily doable when having a car) and we greatly enjoyed the beach of Sanibel and Little Hickory Island beach. (Visited after the canoe trip with Paddle Naples, also recommended :-) seen manatees, dolphin) The house provides everything for the day at the beach; chairs, umbrella, cooler, toys, etc.. I will recommend this house and hope to be able to visit again!"

  • TROPICAL PARADISE

"We just spent 4 wonderful nights in Naples! Kate's place was perfect! Everything was so clean and well kept, the bed was very comfortable, and the setting was priceless! We enjoyed watching the wildlife, boats going by and the changing of the weather. You have a choice of 6 or 7 different areas to sit and enjoy the scenery (screened in, outdoors or inside in A/C). Kate provides kayaks, bikes, chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, fishing gear, boat taxi schedule, a fully stocked kitchen, etc. She also gave us wonderful advice on the best beach access, freshest grocery store and a delicious restaurant. We could not be more pleased with staying at this tropical paradise! We would absolutely recommend it to anyone!"

  • A great place to stay - again

"Having written 3 years ago “Whenever we will be heading to Naples, this will be our first choice.” we followed that path now for the 4th time, staying in the same one bedroom apartment for 4 weeks. We enjoyed it more from stay to stay. In addition to what we wrote in 2013, a lot of great improvements were made to the apartment, starting from furniture to up-to-date appliances. And all was retained what we really appreciated: the excellent service, the cleanliness of everything. In addition to it: updated faster Wi-Fi, modern washers and dryers, bbq grills, all well maintained. The pool and its area was as always a great spot to swim and hang out. We’ll definitely be back to enjoy this great place in Naples."

  • Nice condo in Countryside

"We have just completed our second winter stay at this condo in a lovely and gated golf community. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, walk- in shower, and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size mattress and its own full bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for preparing meals and the refrigerator has an ice maker. There is a table for two by the window in the kitchen where we often watch the golfers go by as we enjoy our breakfast. There are two Weber gas grilles just outside by the pool which makes grilling very easy. The living room is spacious and has a new flat screen TV. The dining area has a large table and seating for four people. The lanai has a table and 4 chairs where we have some of our meals and where we watch the beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine in hand. There is a full size washer and dryer so no need to pack too many clothes. This is a third floor unit and the elevator is conveniently just steps from the front door. The gated community here is beautiful and we have made many new friends. The pool is just a few yards away and is a great place for a refreshing swim or simply to relax and work on your tan. There are also bocce and tennis courts for the use of guests. There are many excellent restaurants near by and downtown Naples with its many shops and restaurants is just minutes away. Our favorite beach is Lowdermilk which is also just a very short drive away as is the famous Naples Pier. Marco Island as well as Sanibel and Captiva are well worth a visit. The Snook Inn is a great lunch spot on Marco Island. There is much to do in the Naples area such as golf, concerts, Spring training baseball, museums, botanical gardens, and air boat rides through the Everglades just to mention a few. The golf course at Countryside is beautifully maintained and is our favorite area golf course. You will love it! Countryside is a pretty area for walks any time of day and biking is common as well. This condo has everything you need and is in a wonderful location for your visit to Naples. We are sorry to leave and hope to return."
