  • Excellent Vanderbilt Beach condo

"With 3 teenagers and 1 tween, we found plenty of nearby oceanfront activities that kept everyone delightfully occupied while we stayed at this condo. Walking westward, we quickly landed on Vanderbilt Beach. Walking east, we enjoyed quaint shopping including delicious Royal Scoop ice-cream. Across the street, at the Ritz-Carlton, there is a great coffee shop for a satisfying morning cup of brew after an early beachside stroll. The owners of the condo are easy to work with, prompt and thorough. The interior of the condo is fresh, light and consists of neutral colors with décor that reflects tropical and ocean themes. Preparing and assembling meals for the family was convenient in the well-equipped kitchen. We highly recommend this unit for a Naples stay!"

  • Bright and inviting!

"Our family thoroughly enjoyed are stay here for our vacation in Naples. The house is spacious, light and airy inside. Its smartly decorated with a modern flair, white furnishings accented with vibrant colors that lends itself to a chic atmosphere. The house is equipped with everything needed for the kitchen and dining. The beds were very comfortable. The outdoor grill and bicycles are a plus. Also, the bicycles are in very good shape. The wonderful Wiggins beach is a 5 minute drive away and the owner provides a pass for the parking. Kate, the owner, is very responsive to any questions or concerns. We would return to this house, and would definitely recommend it to friends. Rita M., NJ"

  • Wonderful Experience

"We (husband & wife) stayed at Avalon for March 2016. The condo is clean, comfortable, quiet, well maintained, very well equipped and in a great location. The owner is very accommodating and could not be easier to deal with. The condo nominally sleeps 4 but we were able to easily accommodate our visiting daughter and 2 granddaughters for a total of 5. The kitchen has everything needed for a gourmet cook, but who wants to cook when there are so many great restaurants nearby. Avalon has one of the most desirable locations in Pelican Bay, close to the tram station for access to the beach and close to the shopping area at Vanderbilt Blvd; an easy walk to either. The kids loved both the Pelican Bay beaches and the Avalon pool. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will be back again."

  • Naples Condo at Regetta

"We have been renters of this property for 12+ years and have always had very favorable experiences with this unit. This corner penthouse on the top sixth floor is very well situated with water views (Gulf and/or Intercoastal) from all windows. The furnishings are kept up by the owner and the floor plan is excellent. It is always very clean when we arrive and the kitchen is well equipped. Another plus for this unit is the car parking in the garage that is conveniently adjacent to the interior building door. Being an end unit on the top floor, it is usually very quiet. The Regatta, like most properties in Naples, is very busy at "Spring Break" time and the main 'family' swimming pool can be crowded with infants/children/families; however there is also a lap pool located on the property which is usually very quiet. We highly recommend this property to anyone vacationing in the Naples area."
