  • Perfectly private & quiet

"Two-Thumbs up! This cottage tucked away in a quiet neighborhood was the perfect place to spend our spring break. Gary is very welcoming, the cottage was very clean & we enjoyed using the outdoor patio grill. The best feature, this cottage is only 3 blocks to Vanderbilt beach! As well, we rented bikes and enjoyed the many bike trails in the area, noting a community park with tennis & other activities? We also enjoyed several meals at up scale restaurants...I'd say this area has something for everyone. Thanks Gary!"

  • Great House

"We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and close to the beach. The pool is great and I can only recommend to stay here. I will stay here again if I find a chance again."

  • Top notch...Pristine property with private access to the Gulf.

"Scott's house on Heron is just perfect. The canal location with pool and all the goodies you would want in a house were just perfect for our group of six. The house is like new and the location was terrific for a trip to the Gulf. Less than 5 minutes away, Scott has a another property where you can park your car and walk one block to the Gulf and a beautiful beach. This was our second visit and we plan to return. • Fantastic Vacation House

"We had a wonderful time in the month spent living in Mon Paradis. The house has been completely re-modeled and is done in light colors, giving an airy feel. The backyard pool is just perfect in size to relax and enloy the waterfall. We were close to everything, shopping and eating at Mercato, biking to Vanderbuilt beach, watching the sunset at the Ritz, lunch at Turtle Club the list goes on! My husband took advantage of one of the two bikes provided and went to the little shop on the beach bought a paper and sat on the beach reading his paper and enjoying his coffee every morning. This house was well-equipped with a BBQ too! Our month went way too fast!"
