  • Wonderful house that has everything!

"I used to live in Naples so I was hesitant about renting in Naples Park since some houses are hit or miss in there. However, this house was WONDERFUL and neighbors were quiet. The house itself was a great size for my husband and I, my infant daughter and my mom. It had everything to make our stay easy and a great experience, particularly for my 10 month old daughter. I hardly had to bring half of what I brought for her! It seriously felt like home for 6 days and wish we stayed longer. The pool was also a great feature since there were times we didn't want to bring all the stuff to the beach. We ate breakfast on the patio and just relaxed. As for someone who doesn't know the area, it's within close distance to pretty much everything. Very central which is why I like North Naples. We went to Delnor Wiggins Beach which is my FAVORITE beach to go to and it's super quiet. We also went up to Barefoot Beach which is beautiful and the house is also close to The Ritz and Vanderbil Beach although it has gotten so overcrowded lately that I didn't like it there. Anyway, we'd rent again in a heartbeat next year if it's just the 4 of us again. Roman was a pleasure to work with as well. The only thing I would point out to anyone staying there in the next few months is to ask about the construction next door. There is a dumpster out front and they started doing some renovations while we were there, but I will point out that we didn't hear anything. It was just an observation."

  • Excellent place to enjoy Florida's weather

"We have traveled to Naples for 20 years as a family and for 5 of the last 6 years enjoyed staying at Lazy Daze! They have plenty of bikes and Kayaks. The pool is always warm and inviting. Their home is well stocked with everything you'd need and Tammie has been accommodating and is always quick to answer any questions or issues that might arise. Their home is exactly as represented, no surprises. The Conner's Park/Vanderbilt area of North Naples is our favorite. Lot's of people getting away from the snow and just want a laid back vacation where they can get outside and bike or walk. This part of North Naples seems to be very casual. There are always plenty of restaurants around for every budget, but then we cook most of our meals right in their kitchen. We have already made arrangements to go back next February."

  • Perfectly private & quiet

"Two-Thumbs up! This cottage tucked away in a quiet neighborhood was the perfect place to spend our spring break. Gary is very welcoming, the cottage was very clean & we enjoyed using the outdoor patio grill. The best feature, this cottage is only 3 blocks to Vanderbilt beach! As well, we rented bikes and enjoyed the many bike trails in the area, noting a community park with tennis & other activities? We also enjoyed several meals at up scale restaurants...I'd say this area has something for everyone. Thanks Gary!"

  • Naples Condo at Regetta

"We have been renters of this property for 12+ years and have always had very favorable experiences with this unit. This corner penthouse on the top sixth floor is very well situated with water views (Gulf and/or Intercoastal) from all windows. The furnishings are kept up by the owner and the floor plan is excellent. It is always very clean when we arrive and the kitchen is well equipped. Another plus for this unit is the car parking in the garage that is conveniently adjacent to the interior building door. Being an end unit on the top floor, it is usually very quiet. The Regatta, like most properties in Naples, is very busy at "Spring Break" time and the main 'family' swimming pool can be crowded with infants/children/families; however there is also a lap pool located on the property which is usually very quiet. We highly recommend this property to anyone vacationing in the Naples area."
