  • Wonderful Stay

"We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It was spacious, well decorated, and well equipped. The lanai was such an enjoyable spot to have our coffee each morning. The owners were very helpful and available if we needed anything. The resort amenities were outstanding. Our teenage children had a blast in the hot tub, pool and lazy river. They also enjoyed lunch and smoothies poolside! We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Naples. Thank you!"

  • This house is AMAZING and I'd give it 6 stars if I could!

"We were two families staying in this house over Columbus Day weekend in 2016 for a total of 8 people. This house is nothing short of spectacular and we didn't want to leave. It was a real highlight of our vacation. The house is impeccable, spotless and completely brand new. All of the spaces - bedrooms and common areas - are generously sized and frankly we could we couldn't even use all of the space with our party of 8 people (which included two families and a Grandma). The house was extremely well designed for how people live and vacation today with lots of common area space inside in the living room and connected kitchen and an amazing lounge space outside where we spent a great deal of time relaxing on the outdoor couches and patio. I highly recommend this house for a large family or families, as it's designed to be comfortable for a large group. The beds and bedding at this house are 5 star hotel quality (and I'm very picky about these things). The master suite is extremely large and honestly is larger than some small houses! There are actually two masters (one downstairs and one upstairs) so it's a really great setup for two families staying there at the same time. All of the rooms are large and generous, and there is no shortage of space. And although the house is nice and bright during the day, the shades/shutters/blinds in the bedrooms create a 'blackout' environment for sleeping. The kitchen is well stocked with brand new dishes, knives, pots/pans, etc and amazing appliances that make you want to host a cooking show. The large laundry room makes it easy to pack light and/or stay a while. The location is amazing -- it is central within Old Naples and set on a picturesque lake. We easily walked to town to the 5th Avenue shops and biked to the beach (with the three bikes in the garage which came in very handy). We also took in the sunsets on the pier and easily walked there and back (about a 20 minute walk or so each way). The only constructive feedback we had was that the outdoor TV (the one that's set up in the outdoor space on the patio) didn't work -- maybe we were doing something wrong but we couldn't get it to turn on. Other than that, I can't think of one issue we had. Although this rental is expensive, we found it to be worth the price. It really is a showpiece home and can be one of the highlights of your trip like it was for us. We definitely plan to return!!"
