  • Quiet Location with Space

"My wife and 4 kids (7 and under) had space to stretch out. The back porch with the fans was great even at 96 degrees outside it felt nice in the back porch. The location is quiet. We rented golf carts making it easy to get to and from the beach. The home came with beach chairs, umbrella's, beach toys, and everything else needed inside for a comfortable stay all we had to bring was clothes, food and some supplies."

  • Perfect quiet family get away

"The location is really wonderful if you are looking for a quiet South Florida vacation. There aren't many islands in South Florida like this one. Very few people. Quiet beaches. Great sunsets. What makes this place unique is the access to the lagoon side, and the ocean side. Not many houses have both. I stayed here with my family and my in-laws. We had children of all ages in the house, and everyone enjoyed all the activities, like kayaking, Paddleboarding (you can rent from nearby Cape Haze Marina), fishing off the dock in the back of the house, or the short walk to the beach. The golf cart can be pretty fun as well. Owner was very responsive, and always immediately got back to me."

  • Paradise...

"I am the owner of this property and it is brand new to the rental market starting January, 2017. I bought the property in March, 2016 and have gone to great lengths to make sure all of your needs, while on your island get-away, are met. The kitchen is fully appointed; there are new, fresh towels and linens; beach towels; beach chairs; beach toys; beach umbrella; kayaks; and an outdoor grill. The furnishing are warm, cozy and comfortable. The house is pristine, sunny and inviting, with great views of the wide lagoon just steps out the back door. This is a true island vacation without the hassles of traveling to the caribbean. Directly across the sandy road is a very short, private path to the Gulf of Mexico with seven miles of very quiet beaches. No crowds, no noise - just peace and quiet. You ride your car on a fun and extremely short ferry ride to get to the island. It is a true island, and about as remote as you are going to get in Florida! I am certain you will have everything you need to have the vacation of a lifetime!"

  • Exceeded our expectations!

"We just returned from a 1 week stay with another couple and could not have been happier with Incommunicado. The owners thought of everything, the house was so clean and outfitted with beach towels, umbrella, chairs, and kayaks, we really didn't need to bring anything. We had 5 other couples at two other locations and they all loved this little place when we hosted a dinner. We were able to kayak in the inlet and we also rented a pontoon to Boca Grande and Cabbage Key. The pool was very clean and refreshing, but most of our time was spent on the beach. A beach we basically had to ourselves! What a relaxing vacation! We are already planning our next trip and Incommunicado will be our home for that week...you can bet on it!"
