  • Nice place, great owner!

"This property is well kept and located in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to shopping and major highways. It is very well equipped and stocked with about anything you need. The back yard is entirely fenced in, making it perfect for our dogs to roam around without our having to worry about them running off. The fencing also makes the yard a private retreat to enjoy the excellent screened in pool and patio. It was also nice to have a garage to park the car in, so it was cool when we got into it. The owners are great folks! They are very easy to contact and are extremely helpful. It is obvious that they are concerned about making sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. We had a great time staying at this property, and we highly recommend it."

  • Beats a hotel any day!!

"Recently stayed at this property and found it to be everything advertised...clean, comfortable & well equipped. We were 4, including our 11 year old grandson...house was perfect size for us. Had a great time in the pool and fishing from the dock. Coffee in the morning poolside or on the dock was really relaxing and a great way to start the day. Played several rounds of golf while we were there; favorite golf course was Riverwood, a 1st class golf club with a great layout. Shopping for vacation necessities; food, swim & fishing gear, beach stuff is all readily available locally. Fishermans Village in Punta Gorda has lots of boutique shops. A good seafood place is PC (Port Charlotte) Seafood on Tamiami Trail. We brought our own fishing gear but bought bait at Fishin Franks on Tamiami Trail, it's a good B&T shop and fun to visit. If you are fishing off the dock at the house, just use frozen shrimp...the catfish and rays love 'em. Booking process was pretty straight forward and the owners, Radi and Elena, are a pleasure to work with. Port Charlotte is a pretty laid back place so if you are looking for bright lights and big city, go elsewhere but for a quiet & relaxing place at a reasonable price it's not too bad."

  • Beautiful house, was perfect!!

"The house was just as the pictures, beautiful! The pool was used multiple times a day during our Christmas week stay and was awesome! We had no problem catching crabs in the cages and the kids loved it. Can't wait to go back again!"

  • Comfortable, Cozy, Clean, Quiet, Relaxing

"Couldn't ask for more. House was great - perfect size for a couple. Well equipped - there was nothing we needed that wasn't available. Spent most of our time relaxing on the lanai around the pool. Pool was awesome - large and clean, and lights up nicely at night. Always a choice of sun or shade. Lots of pantry odds & ends. Use some, leave some. Lots of towels for pool use, and bathroom towels are large, thick & soft. Great water pressure too. Nicely landscaped, as is the entire neighbourhood and area. The tiny lizards are cute, but they're fast! One beat me through the front door... I wasn't looking forward to telling Debbie she had another house guest! But I finally caught him & sent him packing. Awesome vacation! Debbie & Mark are great. Very responsive, and just really nice folks. Welcome basket was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend this home."
