  • Beautiful home with all the amenities.

"Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with a canal that runs through the backyard. YES, there are alligators in the canal and the kids were excited to have seen a few during our stay while swimming in the backyard pool. We had great, quick communication with the owner during the entire process and had no issues at all during our stay. The home is well maintained, very clean, decorated nicely and has all the amenities for a great stay. Our family likes to beach hop and we had so many choices and found lots of shark teeth, sand dollars and shells at the nearby beaches. We took a charter fishing adventure with Travis out of Stump Pass Marina (10-minute drive) with great success. A Better Scoop Ice Cream Shop has great ice-cream in Olde Englewood and we happened to stumble on a great place to view the sunset while there. (Driving from the house, make a left turn at the street immediately past the ice-cream shop and follow it until it ends and walk out onto a pier.) None of the necessities/shopping are of great distance at all. Would definitely recommend this property to our friends/family."

  • Great condo in fantastic location

"We have just returned from a family holiday visiting Orlando, Miami, Sanibel and New York. Sanibel was definitely our favourite part of the trip. The condo was perfect. It's very well furnished with everything you need. It's comfortable, very clean and the location is fantastic. Walking along the beach and looking back at other developments, Pointe Santo is the most attractive. It was quiet when we were there and very relaxed. The beach, which is a few steps away, is lovely and we saw dolphins swimming by. The sunsets were just beautiful. Wendy was always very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We would not hesitate to recommend this property."

  • Another excellent stay

"We liked this property so much last year the choice to stay again was easy. The unit itself is well maintained and equipped, beyond consumables, food, paper products, soap, shampoo and drinks you don't need anything. There are three well stocked grocery stores within five minutes driving along with dozes of places to eat. The grounds are well kept. The pool is very nice and the beach is right there for you. A very fine choice for a vacation."

  • Relaxing Paradise!

"My husband & I stayed at LGI in the Peacock Lane Cottage for a very relaxing vacation. Laura is wonderful in communication & accommodations. Our rescue dog joined us and loved walks on the beach- although the sand gets very hot mid day! The cottage is comfortable & well equipped- just bring your swim suit & food! There are many "extras" like beach chairs, umbrellas, fishing equipment & sandcastle building supplies. Afternoon outings on the golf cart touring the Island were enjoyable. We rented a kayak & SUP from Hooked on SUPs and they were very accommodating as well- with timely delivery and pick-up on the dock. We enjoyed sunrises on the dock and sunsets on the beach. We saw many fresh sea turtle tracks & nests in the morning along with dolphins on both the bay & ocean sides. This is the best place for a "laid back" relaxing vacation!"
