  • Everything you need all in one place!

"We went at Christmas, December 23-28, 2016. Very good value for the money. Décor is a bit dated. Somethings clearly showing their age. Clean, large, and very spacious. Tons of linens, towels, blankets, kitchen items such as pots/pans, blender, crockpot, etc. Two families of 4 could easily stay here. I believe the daybed pulled out, with a mattress underneath. Therefore, sleeps 8. Master bedroom has large walkin closet with lots of shelves. Walkin shower is huge with 2 shower heads and very good water pressure. No bathtub in master. However, second bathroom is standard with tub and shower. Close to all amenities. Very quiet neighbourhood. Vegetation was very dry so don't expect green grass. Pool area is enclosed in a screen room. Owners/caretakers very easy to deal with."

"We arrived on Sunday January 15, the place was very clean very well kept and in a good location and very easy to get to. Our host Bryan met us with the keys and introduced himself he is very nice and pleasant, made us feel at home. Unfortunately due to family emergency we had to leave early. Ray & Lorna"

  • Beats a hotel any day!!

"Recently stayed at this property and found it to be everything advertised...clean, comfortable & well equipped. We were 4, including our 11 year old grandson...house was perfect size for us. Had a great time in the pool and fishing from the dock. Coffee in the morning poolside or on the dock was really relaxing and a great way to start the day. Played several rounds of golf while we were there; favorite golf course was Riverwood, a 1st class golf club with a great layout. Shopping for vacation necessities; food, swim & fishing gear, beach stuff is all readily available locally. Fishermans Village in Punta Gorda has lots of boutique shops. A good seafood place is PC (Port Charlotte) Seafood on Tamiami Trail. We brought our own fishing gear but bought bait at Fishin Franks on Tamiami Trail, it's a good B&T shop and fun to visit. If you are fishing off the dock at the house, just use frozen shrimp...the catfish and rays love 'em. Booking process was pretty straight forward and the owners, Radi and Elena, are a pleasure to work with. Port Charlotte is a pretty laid back place so if you are looking for bright lights and big city, go elsewhere but for a quiet & relaxing place at a reasonable price it's not too bad."

  • Extremely pleased.

"The home was extremely clean and had everything in it one would ever need for an enjoyable stay. Great location. The addition of a really nice new gas grill along side the charcoal grill already there was really appreciated. Have stayed in several homes in Florida and would have to say this ranks at the top and is definetly a "be-back". Ted /Ottawa, OH"
