  • Highly Recommended - All the Comforts of Home!

"Didn't we just get here? I can't believe it's time to leave already :(. We had a very nice time at your lovely home. Very comfy, cozy, updated, wonderful recliners, WIFI and TV!! My husband really enjoyed the weather as he could fish every day. He caught catfish, crabs and a puffer fish yesterday. We enjoyed watching the otter make his trek up and down the canal two weeks ago. He would swim right under the dock. We never did take the canoe to see the dolphins - big regret! I enjoyed walking to the park at Charlotte Harbor as its only a little over a mile walk each way in a very safe neighborhood. The heated pool at the park has exercise classes several mornings a week and the beach and pier are nice places to get a tan, relax and read a book or watch a beautiful sunset. We enjoyed Siesta Keys (beautiful white sand beach), Englewood and Boca Grande (WOW kind of town) beaches as well - all within an hour's drive each way. Gots lots of shells for the grandkids! Took in the weekly flea/produce market in Ft. Myers and lots of local Port Charlotte yard sales. My sister-in-law and I went to Key West for five days via a 3 1/2 hour ferry ride from Fort Myers Beach. Was a great vacation within a vacation away from the hubbies!! Lots of bars to check out and new drinks to try! We even went on a seaplane from Key West Airport to the Dry Tortugas National Park. While there we went snorkeling with the free snorkeling equipment they gave us to use. We saw some beautiful fish! We also took a guided bike tour of Key West with Key Lime Bike Tours - highly recommended. And, lastly we put our big girl panties on and went parasailing with Fury Adventures. Loved it!! We highly recommend this lovely house in a very quiet neighborhood. At the same time there are so many restaurants, places to shop, and activities to do just a short distance from the house along Highway 41. Thank you Cari and Sean for sharing your house with us!"

  • Great time at the villa!

"The property was very clean and had everything a person would need on vacation which made us feel at home. Loved exploring the Blind pass park and Stump pass park as well as Englewood beach. Had a relative that was elderly visit and she walked around with ease and even loved the pool. As a teacher on a budget this was the coolest vacation I had in awhile with my son and dog! Hoping to book again."

  • Will DEFINITELY come back!!!

"This is a perfect vacation getaway for a family with kids.Very clean comfortable house with everything you need. We lived in the pool morning and night and even swam in the rain.Swimming at night was our favorite as we lit the tiki torches and swam by firelight. Beach was very close, but we preferred walking out the kitchen area to our very own pool. Fishing and some visits from the friendly manatees are right in your backyard.Quiet neighbors and close to everything. Fran is great to work with and makes sure you are well taken care of. Our kids are 17 and 13 and said they preferred this to a hotel!!! Such a great value! Thank you Fran!!! Will be booking with you again!!!!"

  • Great Placce

"We rented this property for January and February 2017. We greatly enjoyed our stay as the property is just like it looks in the photos. The home is very well equipped, the beds are great and the large lanai and view are spectacular. The owners are a pleasure to deal with as is their local representative. Port Charlotte and nearby Punta Gorda offer many activities, plays, concerts, good restaurants and a lot of dancing. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked the property for January and February 2018."
