  • A beautiful condo on a wonderful island

"Sanibel is a wonderful destination for nature lovers and families: unspoiled nature and beaches, shells and birds, architecture respecting the landscape, biking as preferred mode of transportation. This condo is perfectly located next to one of the most beautiful stretches of beach on the island. It is within a short hiking/biking distance (1 mile) from the Sanibel Sea School, Pinocchio's ice cream parlor and the lighthouse - dream destinations for kids. 5-10 minutes driving distance to the Dunes Golf & Tennis, Jerry's grocery store and plenty of restaurants. 15 minutes to Ding Darling Wildlife Preserve and Tarpon Bay kayaking and sea tours. 30 minutes to Captiva Island. The unit itself is clean and nicely furnished in "island style". As mentioned by other reviewers, nice view of the pool and the gulf. Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, very efficiently laid out."

  • Great Rental -- Great Location!!

"My husband and I were extremely happy with this condo; it was perfect for the two of us! The condo looked even cuter in person than it does in the pictures provided here. The location on Sanibel Island was perfect. The beach near the condo seemed a little calmer than other spots further down the island (not that any part of the beach in Sanibel is overcrowded). My husband and I really appreciated that the owners provided beach chairs, toys, and an umbrella, too! The unit was very clean and well-stocked with kitchen supplies in case you are in the mood to cook while you are there. We did not take advantage of the pool or grills, but everything on the property seemed nice and well kept. The owners were great to work with, too. They responded very quickly to questions and were extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again! :) As far as recommendations while you are on the island, our favorite place to eat was the Island Cow. We loved it! The shell museum was really interesting, too, and we also recommend renting kayaks through the Tarpon Bay Explorers (in the morning if you want to see fish jumping out of the water like crazy) if you are in the mood to get out and do something other than relax on the beach."

  • Clean, comfortable, quiet condo with great beach access

"This condo was a perfect home base for relaxing in between our adventures on Sanibel. My family of four (including two young kids) stayed in this condo and we loved it! The condo was lovely, comfortable and very clean, and it was nice to be in a small, quiet complex. The pool at the condo was on the smaller side, but very clean and very warm -- it was fantastic! We appreciated being able to walk the short distance to the beach, and having a small market across the road to grab milk or other necessities. We also liked having access to laundry in the condo complex. David (the owner) was friendly, very easy to work with, and answered a couple of questions we had on our arrival very quickly. Sanibel is a fantastic destination for families -- nice beaches, shelling, biking, nature-related activities, etc. -- and this condo is a great place to have as a home base!"

  • The Owners are Fantastic

"We booked the condo for my wedding for my family to stay here 4 adults and 2 kids. The master ensuite with double vanity was perfect for family of of 4 to use and the main bath with jack and jill entrance was great for the grandparents to use. The owner was so accommadating we almost had to cancel our reservation due to the Groom having a heart attack prior to wedding. The owner allowed me to wait and pay once we found out we can travel. Our next hiccup was when the family of four almost had to cancel due to job lay off. Kathy was so great and understanding, allowing us other options. We loved the set up and being so spacious, the grounds of Pointe Santos, and the view from the balcony...perfect. The only challenge was the key box, found easier to just keep door unlocked."
