  • Sanibel Island Paradise, Beautiful condo Hugging the Sea

"This our second year at this lovely condo. As soon as we entered this condo instant- I love this! The owners have decorated and created this very comfortable condo. We had everything and more what we needed to make a perfect week of meals and living at the beach. A short walk down a perfect path to a beach rich in color and shells. We walked daily -swam- collected shells. Dolphins swam by daily. One day we were lucky enough to see a manatee. Shops- restaurants- are great. Grocery shopping close by. We spent some time visiting local museums and reading about the history of this amazing island. Each visit we have taken boat rides and the captains have always given us more information about the island. Such a relaxing vacation. I thank the owners for thinking of everything to make these weeks stress free and answering our questions so quickly and being so accommodating. I can't wait to return."

  • Mid-July on Sanibel

"We keep coming back to Villa Sanibel 3A for many reasons. We have tried other resorts and units in Villa Sanibel but prefer 3A because we have an assigned parking space right outside the entry door; we have no steps to climb since it is a ground floor unit; it is non-smoking; it is fully furnished; when we walk out thru the lanai, we are at the pool; just a short walk down the driveway and we are at the beach; there are several visitor parking spaces (unlike some other resorts); a short walk to the bike baths; a short bike ride to the grocery store, CVS and other shopping; and there is a BBQ right next to the pool . After trying several different weeks in June and July, we like the weeks starting after the 4th as a little quieter and meeting returning renters we met from previous years. Every year we have met different European travelers who have interesting info to share. Yes, it is hot in July but it is nice and cool in 3A. Sanibel Holiday manages the registration for 3A and is a great resource for information and assistance with personal needs. There are many good restaurants on Sanibel/Captiva and Sanibel Holiday as well as other guests at Villa Sanibel are great sources for recommendations. This year, relatives decided to rent another unit to experience all of what they have heard about Sanibel Island and Villa Sanibel. Much time was spent looking for unique shells to discuss and take home."

  • Luxury Condo with Gorgeous Gulf View

"It doesn't get much better than this condo! This beautifully furnished condo with a stunning Gulf view provides a luxurious home base for a great Sanibel Island vacation. Highlights include a luxurious master bedroom & bath and a well-equipped kitchen with all stainless appliances. The beach is just a few steps away! Nothing better than relaxing on the screened-in balcony taking in the gorgeous view of the Gulf and being lulled by the soothing sound of the water lapping at the beach."

  • Great view, nice condo!

"My husband and I just returned from the beautiful Sanibel Island. Our stay at Sundial A203 couldn't have been better! The condo is clean and spacious and the view cannot possibly be beat!! Glenn and Gerrie are very conscientious about keeping the condo in great condition and make sure their guests are satisfied customers. The king bed is very comfortable! The beach is great for long walks and enjoying the magnificent ocean. If you are not a "beach sitter", the pools have plenty of seating. The grounds of the Sundial are also very beautiful and well manicured. The beach is not raked, since Sanibel is very eco-friendly. So you should expect the typical debris that would wash up from the ocean along with all the shells! I would request that some new beach chairs be purchased by the condo owners, since the ones available to take to the beach are at the end of being usable. May I suggest wooden frames that won't rust in the dampness of the storage closet. Also having a lounger would be great!!"
