  • More than you will ever need!

"We were SO pleased with our condo choice! This condo not only is in a fantastic location on Sanibel but it has EVERYTHING that you can possibly need! To list a few (I'm sure I'll forget a bunch)- you have a washer/dryer in unit, LOTS of beach towels to use, TONS of beach toys and beach chairs, games for kids to play while relaxing in the unit, a pantry/fridge that are stocked with the basic condiments and seasonings (I recommend going to the unit to see what is there BEFORE going to the grocery store. I know that we left a bunch and also a bunch of drinks that we did not finish - others have obviously left a bunch also). The kitchen is fully stocked and if you cook (I sure didn't) you will have everything you need. The furnishings are very nice. The beds are extra comfy and we had fantastic sleep - which you often do not when your in a bed away from home. We did not need it but the unit has a crib and other boosters etc for kids. The lanai is so nice and being able to be out there to enjoy the weather without the bugs was a plus. I have never seen a sunrise and we took advantage of the great view three times during our stay. You must take the bikes for an early morning ride after that sunrise and go for a little ride to Baileys. Its about an hour round trip and will get the blood pumping early! (who am I kidding - we came back and took a nap before hitting the beach at 11). The beach chairs are fantastic. you put them in the waves and sit back and enjoy! It was in the low to mid 90s when I was there and I actually got a "chill" when a breeze blew. If tennis is your thing they have tennis rackets. We have no clue how to play but my husband and son had a blast seeing who could miss the ball the most. As I said I did not cook at all the week we were there (they were on their own for breakfast and sandwiches for lunch) - I highly recommend on Sanibel - Matzaluna (Italian) and Cheeseburger Cheeseburger. The shakes are FANTASTIC at CB CB! Try the blueberry cheesecake - YUMMM. On Captiva we love the Bubble Room, Mucky Duck and Captiva Cantina. If you go to Captiva stay for the sunset - its SO beautiful. Parking is limited up there but its worth the little aggravation. Long review but to make it short - you will not be disappointed if you rent this condo. The owners are very responsive and have created a condo that you and your family will have a fantastic vacation in! Can't wait to visit again."

  • Close to the Beach

"This condo is very close to the beach. We have been to Sanibel many times before and the E building at Pointe Santo is the closest to the beach I have ever seen. We enjoyed a week of shelling, biking and tennis. Point Santo is just a 10 minute bike ride to Bailey's General Store. Very easy to pick up groceries and bring them back. We liked grilling outside by the small pond and going for night swims at the pool. Very big kitchen and dining room area. Lot's of family memories made during this vacation."

  • Awesome Condo!

"As first time visitors to Sanibel , we booked this condo because of its central location and the online pictures. Both were fabulous! It looked the same as online with a beachy cottage feel. Updated furniture, great kitchen with everything you would need from a blender to a cheese knife! The showers are walk-ins and very nice size. The master has a rainshower head which was great. The master bed mattress was extremely comfortable (which cant be said for many rentals) It was great to have many amenities available for our use- beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella ,coolers, tubes, boogie boards, nets etc. Talked to some on the beach whose units did not have these, so they had to purchase or rent for the week. Across the street from the bike path. The screened lanai was great for breakfast and afternoon cocktails. The pool was very clean and never very crowded. Sand Pointe only has about 40 units, so it's on the small side which is nice . The view from the condo is beautiful; you see a lagoon, the pool and then the gulf. Every day, we watched dolphins swim by and even saw a manatee one day! Dinners at George & Wendy's (live music), Cips, Clam Shack, Doc Fords and the Sandbar- all very good. Bike, kayak and paddleboard rentals nearby with convenient drop off and pick up. Cindy was great to deal with and very easy to contact by both phone and email! Awesome all around experience and will definitely rent this condo again!!"

  • Amazing!

"The condo#B-202 at Sanibel Island was exactly what the pictures show. I loved the view the best! The rooms were excellent size and big enough to fit my family of 5 comfortably. We will definately stay here again at this condo!"
