  • Home Away from Home

"This was our first time visiting the island and my family fell in love with it. The location of the condo was fantastic; right on the beach, away from the crowds, but still with the access to the pool. The condo itself was very nice furnished with pull-out sofa, extra pillows, beach towels and beach toys for the kids. We had fun exploring the beautiful island on the bikes that came with the great condo. In addition, Eleonore has made us feel welcome by calling in just to make sure we found everything OK, and having a tray of delicious cookies and cold water bottles waiting for us. In addition, when I lost one key to the condo and suggested to charge me for that, Eleonore rejected the offer and didn't seem too angry about me loosing the key. In other words, Sundial is a great noncommercial place that we will be sure to visit again."

  • Great vacation at Pointe Santo

"My wife and I plus our 2 sons (ages 20 and 16) plus one girlfriend recently returned from our first visit to Sanibel Island. From our initial contact to departure I have nothing but great things to say about the owners and our condo at Pointe Santo. The condo was spotless and well appointed. There were plenty of beach items (towels, chairs, umbrella - even a tent) and the location was super convenient. Most days I used the grills located just yards from our condo for a quick lunch. Recently a pair of bald eagles have begun nesting just across the road from the Pointe Santo complex and I was blessed to see an eagle swoop down and take a fish from the lagoon less than 50' from me while I was grilling! That was a highlight I never expected. Sanibel, the beach and this condo were were very enjoyable. The only downside I can come up with is the week flew by too fast!"

  • It was a very lovely and relaxing vacation

"The property that the condo is located is absolutely beautiful. Full tennis courts, 2 lovely heated pools and the gardens are amazing. Though it says they are included, the bikes were not, so we rented them and had them delivered which was a very simple process. There are a lot of beautiful bike trails, some a bit far from this location, but worth the trek. The photo of the dolphins by the dock, no joke. they really come right up to the edge of the water and you can watch them swim around, almost close enough to touch. We also saw 2 mantees within 5 feet of the waters edge, just beautiful. The condo in itself was perfect for our 3 person family. Pull out couch for our son and a very comfortable King for us. Sitting on the front little porch is lovely in the am as watches the boats drive through the marina. Also the sunrise and sunset are gorgeous. If you walk out onto the deck that runs all along the water of the property you can watch the sunrise over the Sanibel lighthouse. Pure bliss. You won't be disappointed."

  • Awesome Condo!

"As first time visitors to Sanibel , we booked this condo because of its central location and the online pictures. Both were fabulous! It looked the same as online with a beachy cottage feel. Updated furniture, great kitchen with everything you would need from a blender to a cheese knife! The showers are walk-ins and very nice size. The master has a rainshower head which was great. The master bed mattress was extremely comfortable (which cant be said for many rentals) It was great to have many amenities available for our use- beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella ,coolers, tubes, boogie boards, nets etc. Talked to some on the beach whose units did not have these, so they had to purchase or rent for the week. Across the street from the bike path. The screened lanai was great for breakfast and afternoon cocktails. The pool was very clean and never very crowded. Sand Pointe only has about 40 units, so it's on the small side which is nice . The view from the condo is beautiful; you see a lagoon, the pool and then the gulf. Every day, we watched dolphins swim by and even saw a manatee one day! Dinners at George & Wendy's (live music), Cips, Clam Shack, Doc Fords and the Sandbar- all very good. Bike, kayak and paddleboard rentals nearby with convenient drop off and pick up. Cindy was great to deal with and very easy to contact by both phone and email! Awesome all around experience and will definitely rent this condo again!!"
