  • One of our best family vacations ever!

"Our family has never taken strictly a beach vacation. We went from July 30th-August 6th. We were so sad to leave. The kids and all of us ranked it as one of our best vacations ever! The property was everything that was promoted on the site. The living space was plenty for our family of 5. My 15 year old daughter took the one bedroom and my twin 11 year old boys slept on the trundle bed. Everything we needed from beach towels, beach equipment, to kitchen equipment were provided. They provide 7 dishwasher tablets that were plenty and 7 washing machine tablets (we had to do a lot of laundry so we had to buy more). The one thing I would have loved to see in the condo would be a collapsable drying rack since not everything can't go in the dryer. The location from the condo, to the pool and to the beach were perfect. We did think about renting a wagon to haul things back and forth, but ended up doing it ourselves. Our family fell in love with shelling. There were shelling nets in the condo, but we ended up buying some more and leaving it there. We also bought shelling bags at the local grocery store Jerry's. The kids loved going from the beach to the pool as did the adults! They have crafting for the kids if you sign up by the pool. If we ever had a question, Evan was quick to respond and so was the staff when we needed batteries for our thermostat. We were in a perfect location. We ate out at the Bubble Room(Over priced and not that great. Just go for the amazing cakes!), Lazy Flamingo (decently priced american food), Matzaluna (good priced Italian) and Pinocchio's for great ice cream! We went for crab racing at the Crow's Nest in Captiva (food fine, crab racing a blast). Shopping was down the street at Periwinkle Place and the plaza before it. We did have to visit the Sanibel Walk-In Clinic for my son's sting on the arm and they were great. They gave us prescriptions right there! We had other excursions planned for the week since we are the type to be on the go, but ended up scrapping plans, because we couldn't leave the beach and pool! Thank you and we hope to be back again!"

  • Gorgeous beach front condo

"We stayed at this property July 30-August 6th, 2016. What a lovely condo!! We had 4 adults and 2 children. Plenty of room for all. The condo is very clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and has beautiful views of the gulf. The upper deck above the lanai was enjoyed by all for morning sunrises and evening sunsets. The beds were extremely comfortable in both rooms. There is a pull out sofa sleeper as well. Plenty of blankets, pillows, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was a full size new washer and dryer as well. Easy access to the elevator and a quick walk to the beautiful beach! You will need to bring or rent beach chairs and umbrellas if you want them. Beach towels were in the unit. The owner, David, was very easy to work with and answered all questions quickly. We will definitely return to this condo on future trips to Sanibel."

  • Lovely condo!

"My family of four has been coming to Sanibel for going on 20 years now. We've never stayed in the same condo twice, but I think that may finally change! We usually stay on East Gulf, so moving down to West Gulf made us a little nervous, but we loved it! Everything was so convenient and, best of all, the beach here was filled with the best shells we've ever collected. We came home with at least 150 conch shells and lots of other gorgeous shells. The condo itself is just lovely, super comfortable master bed, very dark bedroom when the blinds are closed, comfy couches, nice kitchen, etc. There is a locked storage closet guests can use downstairs so they don't have to bring any toys, chairs, etc. up to the unit. This unit is on the first floor, but it is over a parking garage so you can see all the water and people walking - but not really the sand. There is an elevator right outside the unit for convenience or bringing up your luggage and groceries. There was plenty of parking and it wasn't a crowded complex - more quiet which is what we love. The owner and rental company both checked with us to make sure everything was ok. We are extremely picky (in fact this is the first review I've ever written) and I can say this is the place to stay if you want a quiet, relaxing vacation with your family."

  • Great Place To Stay!

"We've been coming to the area for 32 years and you won't be disappointed with this condo. Everything you need is right here for you especially with the great location to beach and pool. Very comfortable bed and living room furniture. Kitchen is updated and has everything you need. The entire property is well maintained all around. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting a great place to stay!"
