  • Great SpringBreak Getaway

    "The property was clean and comfortable for a family of 4 with and grandparents. The house was bright and the heated pool was a favorite of our 8 and 6 year old. The ocean view was spectacular and access to the beach made for easy walks on the beach. Location made for easy bike rides to shopping and dining! Especially appreciated the welcome call and dinner from both the management company and property owner. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Sanibel!"

  • The place to stay on Sanibel.

    "Great place to stay. We have returned to this special unit because it's a step above the rest. The BIG television in the living room, t.v.'s in the bedrooms, the K-cup carousel offering a variety of coffee choices, and everything else you could possibly need in the kitchen. A clean, comfortable home away from home. Would recommend to family and friends."

  • steps to the beach and pool

    "Dealing with Sandy and Dave was a pleasure from booking to follow-up after our stay. Some of our favorite things about this booking, compared to others, were the "take some leave some" cupboard (seems small, but it is a really nice perk), all of the beach toys/chairs/towels, and the easy access to the beach and the pool. The kitchen was well equipped and the grills on property were great. We enjoyed the farmers market, shelling, and relaxing on the beach! When we exited the condo, we left a small note with a few items that were needed (light bulbs, batteries, etc.) and weeks after our stay, Dave made sure we knew he had taken care of the items we listed. It is obvious Dave and Sandy care about the condo and their reputation as owners. Well done."
