    "We stayed at Michals gorgeous condo for the month of March 2016. We were in awe as soon as we entered and were drawn right away to the beautiful view from the screened lanai. The condo was very clean and well equipped . Michal was in contact right away to make sure our check in went smooth and if we had any questions.. The condo was beautiful, the location perfect,, the sunrises and sunsets were spectacular . We loved Fathoms and the live music, which we could see downstairs or listen to from our balcony 3-4 times a week. We also made reservations at the Marina Club ( previously Pignoli's) every Wednesday for dinner and Motown music. The other restaurant Rum Runners is also top notch. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. We loved it so much that we already booked it for a March of 2017. Thank you Michal for sharing your beautiful home with us ! Kathy and Steve Leonard"

  • Nice condo right on a spacticular beach

    "the condo was great, well equipped kitchen, beach supplies, linens, etc The location could not have been better. It was right on the beach and what a beautiful beach with lots of beach lounges, 2 beautiful pools and a small work out room in main bldg and we did not know that before we got there because there. The rental agency was terrible. The building required a key to enter and it was in a lock box but there was no communication as to where that lock box was. It turned out it was at a facility about a mile away from the property. We waited outside the building till someone came out, that is how we got in. They had given us the combination lock for the condo so we did finally get into our unit. Thankfully there was posted on the refrigerator a woman's name and number if we had any questions and she was most helpful. She went and got the bldg key for us and brought it to the condo. She did say that we were not the first ones to experience this. The second thing that annoyed us about the agency was that they had pages and pages of a contract requiring signatures for everything ( they stopped short of asking us for our first born)They indicated that beach supplies, towels, chairs, umbrellas were not provided but could be rented and of course there were sites and prices for rental stuff. We stopped at Walmart on the way to the condo and bought 2 chairs, 2 towels and a umbrella because the rental prices were ridiculous. Since we had flown to Fl we had no idea what we would do with the stuff after our visit. Turned out it was a beach club and there were lounge chairs all over the beach for use by tenants, plenty of towels in the unit, and an umbrella. We ended up rtc the equipment to Walmart. If I were the owners of this condo I would change rental co. ASAP. but keep the contact person she was a great help."

  • Great condo!

    "Our family of four adults and one child spent a great July 4th weekend at this lovely condo on Fort Myers Beach. The condo is beautifully decorated and family friendly at the same time. It is just a short walk to a the beach and the pool is large and well maintained. The owner was very cooperative and responsive. You could not go wrong with this choice."

  • Great house!

    "The house was very clean and well-appointed. The kitchen was large and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for our group of 3 couples. The lanai and pool/spa area are beautiful. The home was close to everything, easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. The only thing I would suggest is that detailed instructions on how to use the pool/spa remote be left for guests. Even after 5 days we had a hard time figuring it out, and we had an engineer and a computer expert with us. No doubt it was operator error...just a suggestion for future guests. I would recommend this house to anyone."
