  • Perfect Gem!!

"This perfect condo located directly on the beach was the exact space we needed for our family of 4 adults. The 2 bedrooms and surpringly comfortable pullout sofa were great as was the wall of screened doors allowing us to enjoy the spectacular view as we dined. We wanted to eat most meals in the condo to hurry back to the beach and heated pool. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals and serve in style. The condo complex was quiet but warm. We met lovely people from 2-90 years old at the pool. We especially appreciated the beach towels and chairs and shell nets provided by the owner of our unit. Sanibel activities were easily accessible. We rented bikes (which were delivered directly to the property) and fishing gear. There were many fun resteraunts to choose from and we even enjoyed crab races at night. By far our favorite activity was watching the beautiful sunsets from the condo or steps away on the beach. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!!"

  • GREAT Condo!!!

"We discovered on our first morning a defective toaster and notified the owners. A brand new replacement was delivered within the next two hours! The condo was very clean and had all the amenities. The beach towels were especially nice, beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen included all appliances needed for any vacation. Even WiFi was included!!"

  • It was a very lovely and relaxing vacation

"The property that the condo is located is absolutely beautiful. Full tennis courts, 2 lovely heated pools and the gardens are amazing. Though it says they are included, the bikes were not, so we rented them and had them delivered which was a very simple process. There are a lot of beautiful bike trails, some a bit far from this location, but worth the trek. The photo of the dolphins by the dock, no joke. they really come right up to the edge of the water and you can watch them swim around, almost close enough to touch. We also saw 2 mantees within 5 feet of the waters edge, just beautiful. The condo in itself was perfect for our 3 person family. Pull out couch for our son and a very comfortable King for us. Sitting on the front little porch is lovely in the am as watches the boats drive through the marina. Also the sunrise and sunset are gorgeous. If you walk out onto the deck that runs all along the water of the property you can watch the sunrise over the Sanibel lighthouse. Pure bliss. You won't be disappointed."

  • Perfect location and amenities for all ages

"We vacationed here on Spring Break (2 adults and 4 kids aged 11-15). It was our first time in Sanibel. Pointe Santo (PS) is at a great location, and our kids loved biking (rented bikes for the week from Billy's) all over the Island. PS is located right by the Tarpoon Bay Rd, so easy to get to the main drag. The views from our second floor were amazing. Each condo had a great view. The only disappointments were #1 No-See-Um bugs at dawn and dusk. We all came home with bad bites! Not sure if this is all the time, but stinks you can't be out on the beach at dusk to watch the beautiful sunsets and not get eaten alive! #2- two days of our vacation there were these black annoying bugs on the beach. They didn't bite, they just landed on you and stayed. They were even at the pool. Again, just lasted 2 days. No one seemed to know what they were, but annoying. The condo was spacious and enough room for us all (the pictures on here are old. The master had new bedding and the living room not this furniture). My only complaint was the counter tops were new, and appliances were old. The refrigerator had side holders that were missing the shelving, so you couldn't put condiments, etc. on the side door. The stove was dated as well, but worked. Overall, I would recommend Pointe Santo for any family. The volleyball, and all different age groups at the beach is fun for everyone! The shelling is awesome too. Lots of restaurant options. Our favorite was the Island Cow, and for breakfast, Over Easy Café."
