  • Awesome Condo!

"As first time visitors to Sanibel , we booked this condo because of its central location and the online pictures. Both were fabulous! It looked the same as online with a beachy cottage feel. Updated furniture, great kitchen with everything you would need from a blender to a cheese knife! The showers are walk-ins and very nice size. The master has a rainshower head which was great. The master bed mattress was extremely comfortable (which cant be said for many rentals) It was great to have many amenities available for our use- beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella ,coolers, tubes, boogie boards, nets etc. Talked to some on the beach whose units did not have these, so they had to purchase or rent for the week. Across the street from the bike path. The screened lanai was great for breakfast and afternoon cocktails. The pool was very clean and never very crowded. Sand Pointe only has about 40 units, so it's on the small side which is nice . The view from the condo is beautiful; you see a lagoon, the pool and then the gulf. Every day, we watched dolphins swim by and even saw a manatee one day! Dinners at George & Wendy's (live music), Cips, Clam Shack, Doc Fords and the Sandbar- all very good. Bike, kayak and paddleboard rentals nearby with convenient drop off and pick up. Cindy was great to deal with and very easy to contact by both phone and email! Awesome all around experience and will definitely rent this condo again!!"

  • Gorgeous beach front condo

"We stayed at this property July 30-August 6th, 2016. What a lovely condo!! We had 4 adults and 2 children. Plenty of room for all. The condo is very clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and has beautiful views of the gulf. The upper deck above the lanai was enjoyed by all for morning sunrises and evening sunsets. The beds were extremely comfortable in both rooms. There is a pull out sofa sleeper as well. Plenty of blankets, pillows, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was a full size new washer and dryer as well. Easy access to the elevator and a quick walk to the beautiful beach! You will need to bring or rent beach chairs and umbrellas if you want them. Beach towels were in the unit. The owner, David, was very easy to work with and answered all questions quickly. We will definitely return to this condo on future trips to Sanibel."

  • A little bit of paradise

"The condo is well maintained. There are books, dvd's, and ever utensil needed for cooking if you desire (we took advantages of the restaurants: Doc Ford, George and Windy, Island Cow, and Green Flash. The lanai is screened and equipped with variable speed fans, a real nice feature. No need to bring floats, beach chairs, noodles, or umbrellas. How you could improve on the condo amenities is beyond imagination. Now to the view. As a second floor unit, 227, you see the lagoon, surrounded by Palmetto trees, the ocean, and birds. Because of an Atlantic hurricane our stay had a good deal of rain so breakfasting on the lanai, watching the birds, and just rocking in the rockers was most relaxing. As you may have gathered, we had a very enjoyable stay."

  • Lovely Beachfront Condo!

"My family of five spent last week in the McGraw's well appointed beachfront condo at Pointe Santo and had a wonderful time! The unit is modern and equipped with everything you could need for your family's stay at the beach. We have a 16-month-old and especially appreciated the pack & play and highchair - it made things a lot easier for us. There are plenty of beach toys and equipment provided and my 2 older boys loved the fact that we were just steps from the beach. The pool area is smaller than we would have expected for a complex of this size and was quite crowded at times, but with that gorgeous beach, it really was not a huge issue for us. Sanibel was great and we hope to return again!"
