  • Excellent condo to enjoy Sanibel!

"This condo was perfect! We were looking for a place during our Spring Break that would consider partial week rental. So thankful we found this unit. The kitchen was well supplied and stocked, the beach chairs/umbrella and coolers were awesome especially since we had flown into town. The Sundial complex is rather large, but you would never know it. During Easter week we rarely ran into anyone on the stairs, hall or to/from the beach. There are community grills and tennis courts and pools about everywhere. Our kids loved the pool. We loved the quick beach access. Rented bikes and had them delivered/picked-up on site. Loved sitting on the screened lanai watching the sun rise and set. Wonderful gulf breeze that kept the palms rustling. There were even several bunny rabbit sightings on the lawn below the lanai! Andrea and Leslie are wonderful owners and have a great property. We would definitely rent this property again!"

  • Beautiful location

"The spacious older unit has a young kitchen and is being further upgraded. We found it clean and comfortable for our March week. We had windows open most of the time, but did need heat one chilly evening--and it heated up quickly. The owner is very responsive. He corrected a dishwasher problem and when he came to assess the issue, he even replenished some missing items. The beach is beautiful--a short walk, across a bridge over a stream, then dunes, then the white sand and gorgeous gulf. Beautiful sunsets! Even with a full complex, we always found chaises or chairs at the well used pool. Tennis courts were busy, as were bbq grills in the evening. The 2nd floor unit is handy to pool, path to beach, office (which allowed printing boarding passes). The covered parking was a pleasant surprise. A benefit to the location was the distance from the crowds, yet handy enough to be within a 15 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. Bring bug spray--southwest Florida is well populated!"

  • Paradise

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our April visit to sunny Sanibel Island was wonderful and this condo was a big reason why! It was just steps from the beach and we thoroughly enjoyed the views from every room in the condo. We also loved the lanai with the telescopic sliding doors which we were able to keep open during our stay to enjoy the gentle ocean breezes. The sound of the waves helped lull us to sleep each night. Parking was convenient. We found the condo spacious, modern, up-to-date, and with tasteful, comfortable furnishings. We took advantage of the many extras that the owners provided like the bikes, beach equipment, coolers and games. The barbecue areas were nice too. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would love to return to this same condo in the future."

  • Vacation in paradise

"We had an amazing vacation on our recent trip to this house on Sanibel. The house is extremely spacious and the upstairs bathroom is big enough to be a bedroom. There are two porches which were great for unwinding after the kids went to bed. Outside, the pool is great and it was extremely nice having it all to ourselves. The yard is big enough for yard games if you so desire and the privacy is just amazing. Although there is one neighboring house, the dense (and incredibly beautiful) vegetation prevents anyone from seeing you around the pool area. When the sun went down, it felt like we were on a secluded island all by ourselves. The beach access is stunning and once again there were very few people on the beach. I'm used to vacationing with really crowded beaches, so this was a nice change of pace. The shelling just might be the best in the world and my kids loved finding new "treasures" daily. The dolphin sightings were frequent and they would even play with each other right near shore. The only slight issue was finding the correct pathway to the beach, but I never asked either. If you're into exploring nature, there are several trails in a preserve a short bike ride away. There were tons of shore birds and my kids loved seeing alligators. In summary, the house is amazing and I highly recommend it. The pictures don't do it justice as it's far better than what they portray. I hope come back sometime soon!"
