  • Perfect location and amenities for all ages

"We vacationed here on Spring Break (2 adults and 4 kids aged 11-15). It was our first time in Sanibel. Pointe Santo (PS) is at a great location, and our kids loved biking (rented bikes for the week from Billy's) all over the Island. PS is located right by the Tarpoon Bay Rd, so easy to get to the main drag. The views from our second floor were amazing. Each condo had a great view. The only disappointments were #1 No-See-Um bugs at dawn and dusk. We all came home with bad bites! Not sure if this is all the time, but stinks you can't be out on the beach at dusk to watch the beautiful sunsets and not get eaten alive! #2- two days of our vacation there were these black annoying bugs on the beach. They didn't bite, they just landed on you and stayed. They were even at the pool. Again, just lasted 2 days. No one seemed to know what they were, but annoying. The condo was spacious and enough room for us all (the pictures on here are old. The master had new bedding and the living room not this furniture). My only complaint was the counter tops were new, and appliances were old. The refrigerator had side holders that were missing the shelving, so you couldn't put condiments, etc. on the side door. The stove was dated as well, but worked. Overall, I would recommend Pointe Santo for any family. The volleyball, and all different age groups at the beach is fun for everyone! The shelling is awesome too. Lots of restaurant options. Our favorite was the Island Cow, and for breakfast, Over Easy Café."

  • Exploring beach life

"Because my husband and I live in a visually beautiful place, that is important to us when we vacation. This unit was perfect for that. We spent many hours at all times of the day on the lanai watching the ocean with all the various personalities. We even enjoyed watching a thunderstorm (only one in a whole month while we were here). Dolphins swam within 10 yards of us this morning! We loved the slower pace and charm of the Island. Walking, biking, swimming, shelling, eating and visiting educational venues consumed our days. We found many restaurants within walking or biking distance. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the use of beach chairs was convenient. The whole property complex is beautifully landscaped and maintained. The only minor issue we had was handled quickly and efficiently. Thank you for your attention to detail, Melissa. Our stay was delightful!"

  • Fantastic!

"We enjoyed a beautiful, relaxing, awesome week in #324! We appreciated having the beach gear for shelling and enjoying the sun. The condo is well equipped, clean and quiet. The food on Sanibel is delicious and we especially enjoyed grouper at Doc Fords and Traders. The shelling here is amazing! I hope to come back next year!!"
