  • Vacation In Paradise

"Our first visit to Sanibel was perfect. The condo was top of the line. It was equipped with all the conveniences of home and more. The view of the ocean was amazing. It was so peaceful and relaxing. Loved sleeping with windows wide open to enjoy the ocean breeze. Woke up each morning with the sun rising outside my window. The condo was decorated beautifully, roomy and very quiet. After a day on the beach collecting an array of shells, a stop at the pool topped off the day. Bikes were available for short rides around the island. Shopping and eateries are just a bike ride away. Enjoyed visiting the nature preserves and sunset cruises. There is so much to explore on the island. Weather was perfect for us. Top rating for this beautiful condo. Hope to escape the Northeast again next winter to recharge."

  • Perfect location and amenities for all ages

"We vacationed here on Spring Break (2 adults and 4 kids aged 11-15). It was our first time in Sanibel. Pointe Santo (PS) is at a great location, and our kids loved biking (rented bikes for the week from Billy's) all over the Island. PS is located right by the Tarpoon Bay Rd, so easy to get to the main drag. The views from our second floor were amazing. Each condo had a great view. The only disappointments were #1 No-See-Um bugs at dawn and dusk. We all came home with bad bites! Not sure if this is all the time, but stinks you can't be out on the beach at dusk to watch the beautiful sunsets and not get eaten alive! #2- two days of our vacation there were these black annoying bugs on the beach. They didn't bite, they just landed on you and stayed. They were even at the pool. Again, just lasted 2 days. No one seemed to know what they were, but annoying. The condo was spacious and enough room for us all (the pictures on here are old. The master had new bedding and the living room not this furniture). My only complaint was the counter tops were new, and appliances were old. The refrigerator had side holders that were missing the shelving, so you couldn't put condiments, etc. on the side door. The stove was dated as well, but worked. Overall, I would recommend Pointe Santo for any family. The volleyball, and all different age groups at the beach is fun for everyone! The shelling is awesome too. Lots of restaurant options. Our favorite was the Island Cow, and for breakfast, Over Easy Café."

"The owners have gone the extra mile as far as furnishings and decor to make this condo one of the best we have ever rented. Ocean view and access to quiet beach front is perfect! Pool was never crowded and the location could not be better."

  • Villa Sanibel

"47 steps from low tide, exceptional cleanliness, spacious, all sorts of amenities (bikes, BBQ grill, beach chairs, games, tennis court, etc.). Very friendly surroundings. Many restaurants to choose from. Totally relaxed atmosphere; a must go to. I've always preferred the East coast, but Villa Sanibel has converted me!"
