  • Beautifully updated condo in well maintained Mariner's Point

"We had a fabulous stay at this beautifully updated condo. There are great views of the bay and pool. We enjoyed walking along the canal each morning with coffee watching the boats come and go. We saw dolphins, manatees & sting rays. Mariner's Point is quiet and very well maintained. We met friendly residents who clearly loved their community! The unit is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. It made it very easy for our family of three to enjoy and relax. My husband especially enjoyed the amazing TV's with a full cable package included. The parking pass for the private beach access was awesome. Bike trails are easily accessible from this complex. The kitchen was updated and had everything we needed for a great stay. Having two, comfortable King beds was so nice! Paul was very easy to work with and provided great information that made everything easy! It is obvious that these owners have tried very hard to think of everything you might need while you are there to enjoy Sanibel! I can't say enough about this great place. Our family would highly recommend this rental for your next vacation to beautiful Sanibel. I hope we can return for another stay sometime!"

  • Very nice, quiet location.

"Nice quiet location on the beach. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony as well as shelling on the beach. Two restaurants west within walking distance from the condo."

  • Spectacular Condo With Great Accommodations

"Sanibel Island is one of our favorite family vacation spots that we frequent many winter breaks to do some great shelling. We also enjoy heading up into Captiva for dinner and watching the sunset. This was our first stay at Sundial East and found the accommodations to be excellent. The condos are well maintained inside and out, with a very short walk to the pool and beach. The picture overlooking the water fountain is a great photo of what to expect in the way of views from the enclosed screen porch. The association also has a great outdoor grilling area with new Weber grills if you are interested in staying on-site and hanging out. The condo was very nice and clean with a well supplied kitchen for cooking. All of the furnishings are newer and well taken care of. There is a great supply of beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys for children, etc. We plan to definitely stay here again. Sundial is a short travel to the island shops and restaurants. There was lots of things to do on the island and its a short drive to Captiva if you wanted to get out and explore. Again thank you to the owner for great accommodations at Sanibel Island."

  • White Sandy Christmas - beautiful!

"Fabulous "white sandy Christmas" instead of Iowa's "frigid white Christmas"! When my family and I started looking for our first warm Christmas, I kept coming back to this unit owned by Julie. We made the right choice and I very much enjoyed working with Julie! Once on the island, Holiday Sanibel handled the details of keys and that was also a positive experience. We very much enjoyed the smaller condo complex. We thought the location was fabulous as we could pedal the bikes we rented anywhere - a very easy ride to Bailey's General Store to pick up groceries. The beautiful white sand and shell beach was right down the path as we exited the building. We rented stand up paddle boards one day and they were delivered to the covered parking area. I spent many hours reading in the screened in lanai while the boys watched the football games. Julie provided a lot of ideas on what to do on the island. We attended Christmas Eve worship at the Sanibel Community Church and Christmas Day worship at the Episcopalian Church. All the holiday information was printed out for us and made our Christmas stay a warm, relaxing, a joyful holiday. We have stayed on Captiva before, in a large house when more of us went, and we look to return to Sanibel Island again. Thanks Julie for always answering questions and being so helpful!"
