  • Summer Family Fun

"We love this condo. It is in a great location on the beach. Wonderful views for morning coffee, great beach for swimming or playing. We love the storage shed since we come prepared with extra chairs, umbrellas, beach buggies, beach toys etc - and we don't have to haul them into the room to leave daily mess. We also appreciate the parking stall since there is usually a massive rainstorm in the afternoon in the summer so the car is protected both from the rain -and the brutal daily sun. Washer and dryer in the room are perfect. Large tub helps us keep beach towels clean. This is our third time in this unit - so we are certainly repeat customers. Mr. O is great to work with."

  • Lifetime of Memories!!

"We had such an amazing time staying in this condo! The owner was MORE than accommodating. We have stayed on Sanibel numerous times, but this unit is truly unique with the private exit to the lower level through the screened area. The condo was very well equipped with more than just the essential amenities. There is a tremendous amount of items including chairs to use at the beach/pool, the kitchen is very well stocked, the appliances are all in great working condition and the layout provided plenty of space. With a family of 4 there was plenty of room to move around and not be in each others way. Will definitely rent again!!"

  • Hooked On Sanibel

"I'm not sure why this AWESOME condo has never received a review but i am happy to do the first! This unit is as if the owners have just stepped out and left everything of their own for the use of someone staying there. The kitchen is fully stocked with every item that a home you have lived in for many years would have; from drink ware and plates to small appliances. The cabinets in the living room/den area are full of reading materials and movies. The walls are full of family picture collage frames with dates from recently to as far back as the 1990's. My husband and I loved looking at them and imagining the good times that have been had there through the years even though we didn't know anybody :) It gave the condo a very personal feel. The condo has a "lived in" feel while at the same time being of pristine cleanliness. The towels provided in the bathrooms were fluffy and sparkling white. The very LARGE patio which overlooks the pool and the gulf does not have your typical "hotel balcony" plastic chairs but wicker furniture with cushions probably four to six inches thick as well as an outdoor dining set to enjoy a meal while listening to the waves! Each condo has its' own designated parking spot and the one for T305 is right next to the elevator. When you step out of your vehicle you are practically already on the elevator, which was very nice because we could not find any luggage carts. We were later told that we could have called the resort. As first time visitors to Sanibel we were a little surprised that the toll to get onto the island was $6 and at the thought of having to pay that each time we wanted to leave the island for something and then come back again; however, we never left the area where we were staying, there is no need to. You have Bailey's General Store, Periwinkle Place and more boutiques and restaurants than you will have time to visit with just a week's vacation! Please consider this condo for your family vacation if you are headed to Sanibel, you will not be disappointed! Also, sometimes pictures have a way of not being able to get the true "feel" of a place and this is a VERY large condo, the master bedroom and the living room/den area are HUGE! There is no ceiling fan in the master br so we went to Walmart and purchased an inexpensive box fan and left it when we checked out. Hopefully it will be left for others to enjoy too! (Note to property mgmnt; the iron provided in the master br closet is broken)."

  • It was a very lovely and relaxing vacation

"The property that the condo is located is absolutely beautiful. Full tennis courts, 2 lovely heated pools and the gardens are amazing. Though it says they are included, the bikes were not, so we rented them and had them delivered which was a very simple process. There are a lot of beautiful bike trails, some a bit far from this location, but worth the trek. The photo of the dolphins by the dock, no joke. they really come right up to the edge of the water and you can watch them swim around, almost close enough to touch. We also saw 2 mantees within 5 feet of the waters edge, just beautiful. The condo in itself was perfect for our 3 person family. Pull out couch for our son and a very comfortable King for us. Sitting on the front little porch is lovely in the am as watches the boats drive through the marina. Also the sunrise and sunset are gorgeous. If you walk out onto the deck that runs all along the water of the property you can watch the sunrise over the Sanibel lighthouse. Pure bliss. You won't be disappointed."
