  • Great Condo in a Great Location!

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying at Pointe Santo. What a great location! The condo was everything we wanted and more. The interior is very nice and you can tell the owner's take pride in their unit. We loved the roof top deck. The location is perfect for biking to restaurants and shops when you are not on the beach. I would highly recommend this unit to everyone."

  • The Perfect Getaway

"This was our first time to go to the beach without kids, or parents, and this condo was perfect! We loved the location - right on the beach. If I would have known how much was provided, I wouldn't have packed so much! They provided the coffee/filters, all dishwashing liquid, and dishwasher tabs. Even shampoo and a hair dryer were provided. Tropical Storm Colin came through while we were there. It lasted about 24 hours, and we actually enjoyed watching it from the condo windows. There is not a deck in the condo, but at the end of hall and down a few stairs, there is a huge deck where you can sit and enjoy the sunsets. Most the time, we were the only ones on the deck. The beach is full of shells! There is something about waking up in the morning to that beautiful view that takes all the stress away. We would love to return someday!"

  • Incredible location, canal front, beach super close, newly renovated...this town home has it all!!

"This is our first time staying in Sanibel and we fell in love with this incredible townhome! Not sure where to begin...totally updated inside and the decor is so fresh, sophisticated and yet it is so comfortable. We enjoyed having wine out on the deck overlooking the canal. Boaters & kayaks gliding by. Then we would just walk across the street to the beach for terrific sunsets and endless shells. The owners had everything we needed. Beach chairs, beach wagon, beach towels, house is fully stocked. This is not your normal rental as they have thought of all details...super nice sheets, white fluffy towels, wine fridge, games and they even have kayaks to use. We never made it to the community pool or tennis courts but will try that next time. We will be back as we are hooked on Sanibel and this beautiful town home!"

  • A month at Turtle Time

"We just enjoyed a month-long stay at "Turtle Time" in the Sanibel Bayou North neighborhood. It's a charming 2-bed, 2-bath home with refreshing "beachy" décor - easy to clean laminate flooring, bright pops of color & pattern contrasting with white walls, a sunny open living/dining/kitchen space. Kitchen was very functional; shiny & roomy dishwasher and fridge both appeared to be brand-new. Lots of counter and cabinet space. Slipcovered couches w/cheery pillows and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV in the living room area. In between the living room and kitchen was a big dining table with lots of elbow room and comfy chairs. Bed had good mattress, nice linens and perfect pillows, which meant we slept soundly every night (or maybe that was due to daily beach time, walks and bike rides?). Very clean and uncluttered. But the NUMBER ONE selling point is the GREAT ACCESS to Bowman's Beach, a great public beach on Sanibel, and to the shared-used bike/walking trails that span the island. From the front door to the shell-strewn beach it's an easy 15-20 minute walk. By bike, you can be there in less than 5 minutes. Loved being on the QUIET side of Sanibel, away from more bustling and commercial parts of the island. Two miles west is the bridge to Captiva. Three miles east is the entrance to the Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge. Great bike rides in either direction via the trail (which is more lightly used on this part of the island.) We biked to Bailey's for provisions, to Gramma Dot's for lunch, and to most of the other public beaches and access points on the island. We brought our bikes, but rental provides several. More highlights of this rental: full-size washer and dryer, gas grill, patio, deck, great AC and ventilation (kept temperatures at an even level), dog-friendly (our dog enjoyed daily beach visits, plus several walks a day through neighborhood where he even made a new doggie friend). Owner Rhonda was very helpful when we had questions. All in all, highly recommend!"
