  • Much needed getaway

"Perfect getaway for family. House is easy to locate and close to sites, restaurants, and beach. Close to the action but felt like a private getaway. The beach was within walking distance and the shelling was great. Picture perfect beach sunrises and sunsets. My husband and I went with my parents and we all loved the pool and hot tub. The house is clean, large and we didn't feel on top of each other with places for both kids and adults to hang out separately or gather together. It was also right next to infamous bike trail for those wanting to explore the island. We spent most nights out around screened in pool, hot tub, and large sitting area and deck cooking out on grill. It has many sliding doors to pool area and if not to humid or hot out you can open up and let the fresh air in. Would definitely stay here again."

  • Hooked On Sanibel

"I'm not sure why this AWESOME condo has never received a review but i am happy to do the first! This unit is as if the owners have just stepped out and left everything of their own for the use of someone staying there. The kitchen is fully stocked with every item that a home you have lived in for many years would have; from drink ware and plates to small appliances. The cabinets in the living room/den area are full of reading materials and movies. The walls are full of family picture collage frames with dates from recently to as far back as the 1990's. My husband and I loved looking at them and imagining the good times that have been had there through the years even though we didn't know anybody :) It gave the condo a very personal feel. The condo has a "lived in" feel while at the same time being of pristine cleanliness. The towels provided in the bathrooms were fluffy and sparkling white. The very LARGE patio which overlooks the pool and the gulf does not have your typical "hotel balcony" plastic chairs but wicker furniture with cushions probably four to six inches thick as well as an outdoor dining set to enjoy a meal while listening to the waves! Each condo has its' own designated parking spot and the one for T305 is right next to the elevator. When you step out of your vehicle you are practically already on the elevator, which was very nice because we could not find any luggage carts. We were later told that we could have called the resort. As first time visitors to Sanibel we were a little surprised that the toll to get onto the island was $6 and at the thought of having to pay that each time we wanted to leave the island for something and then come back again; however, we never left the area where we were staying, there is no need to. You have Bailey's General Store, Periwinkle Place and more boutiques and restaurants than you will have time to visit with just a week's vacation! Please consider this condo for your family vacation if you are headed to Sanibel, you will not be disappointed! Also, sometimes pictures have a way of not being able to get the true "feel" of a place and this is a VERY large condo, the master bedroom and the living room/den area are HUGE! There is no ceiling fan in the master br so we went to Walmart and purchased an inexpensive box fan and left it when we checked out. Hopefully it will be left for others to enjoy too! (Note to property mgmnt; the iron provided in the master br closet is broken)."

  • Great family getaway

"We had a great week visiting Sanibel for the first time. House is steps away from an amazing beach where we gathered shells and kayaked with the Dolphins...An experience the kids will never forget. House is located near the bike trail which provides access to the entire island. The house has a full kitchen where you can prepare your own meals or try one of the many great restaurants within a short drive. After a day at the beach or on the bike trail come home and relax in the hot tub or skip the activities and spend the day at the pool and cook your self some food on the Weber grill. Family had plenty of room in the three large bedrooms and large TV made for great viewing of Patriots win over Houston. The only problem we had was we were not able to stay longer. Looking forward to our next trip."

  • Loved Loggerhead Cay!

"I have stayed at a number of different properties on Sanibel over the years, and this was probably my favorite unit. Attractively designed, comfortable, and it wins the prize for being the most fully equipped! The kitchen has a broad range of condiments, coffee, etc., there is a good sampling of toiletries in the bathrooms, and there are beach chairs, towels, toys, etc. that made our stay very easy. Peggy called to make sure we had everything we needed, and gave us restaurant recommendations, including the name of the bartender at her favorite place!"
