  • a CHARM lost in time

"Everything that Susan and Larry say about Beach Charm is real. The pictures are so accurate and the serenity of this little cottage is beautiful. From the outset Susan helped us booking and went out of her way to make us feel so welcome. We loved every minute of our stay from Holmes Beach, trolley bus, shops, great restaurants (look at Susan and Larry's recommendations), wildlife and the comfort of the cottage. We also found it amusing watching the dancing lizards around the pool. Everything was spotless and couldn't fault a thing. A dream cottage with great facilities. We will be back for sure!!"

  • Five Stars All Week Long!

"My family stayed here for a one-week getaway. The accommodations were spacious and clean. The unit was spectacular, with the sunshine illuminating the unit in the morning through evening hours. The wrap around balcony (thankfully without a screened view) was breathtaking! The full kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pans to cook for our family of 5. The location is the best on the island; never crowded on this end of the beach. More than enough beach chairs and towels to accommodate our family. Washer and dryer on site and nice pool area. I would highly recommend and we will most certainly be back. The owner could not have been more responsive or kind! We appreciate the owners sharing their piece of paradise us!"

  • Perfect Location

"My husband and I enjoyed our three weeks in this well-equipped condo. Everything we needed was there, including lots of drawer space and hangers and a desk for our computer - greatly appreciated! We loved the third floor location, which was high enough for a good view of the gulf but low enough to skip the elevator if we felt like using the stairs (although we never had to wait long for an elevator). And so close to the beach - just out the door and across the street to the public park, which was never too crowded. There were beautiful neighborhoods nearby to walk in, and also excellent restaurants a short distance away. All in all, a perfect spot for a winter break."

  • VIP Experience

"This property made us all feel like celebrities! Breathtaking views of the bay and the Rod and Reel Pier. Both the interior and exterior were beautiful. The only problem was trying to choose between the relaxing pool/patio area at the front and the stunning ocean views and wildlife at the back. We saw lots of fish, birds, crabs and other sea creatures. We were also treated to several dolphin shows from the patio as they swam by hunting for dinner. The huge sliding doors that can be completely opened to the ocean view were a big plus. We watched the sunrise on the beach in our pj's while drinking coffee every morning and walked the beach to Bean Point for sunset every night. It is a short walk or bike ride to shopping and many amazing restaurants. Definitely a good idea to saunter over to the Rod and Reel Pier for breakfast or to the City Pier for dinner. Definitely plan a visit. You will not regret it!"
