"My family had a great stay at this complex. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The view of the pool and ocean was priceless. The condo itself was clean and had pretty much everything we needed but did have a few minor maintenance issues that should be addressed. All that said I would stay her again and recommend Siesta Dunes to friends and family."

"I took my kids and I to Siesta Key for a 2 week vacation 6/11/16 - 6/25/16. This property is a steal for the location and amenities! The place is well suited for kids right through to retirees. You are right on the channel and all of 2 1/2 minutes from Siesta Beach. Minutes away from EXCELLENT dining, nightlife and things to do. (Try everything in the village!!) Fishing and boat docks are literally right out the back door. Swimming Pool, Tennis courts, an outdoor party patio and indoor recreation room/kitchen just add to the fun. The condo is well furnished, clean and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable. Everything you may need is included (beach chairs, pool toys, fans, beach towels, etc.). The view from the front windows shows off the sunsets perfectly. You can't go wrong with this location!! Best vacation rental I have ever had. GREAT communication from Earl for booking and questions! Stay here....you won't regret it. We will be back! (Things to do in the area) Tree Umph (www.treeumph.com) - If you are feeling adventurous - We LOVED it!! Myakka River State Park The Beach...Come on...It's the best beach in the states!! Boat Rentals Kyakking Restaurants...Original Word of Mouth, Another Broken Egg Cafe (Both Breakfast/Brunch spots), Boatyard Waterfront Bar And Grill, The Hub Baja Grill, Phillippi Creek Oyster Bar (This is my favorite pick!), Owens Fish Camp (Sarasota), and The Lobster Pot. and much more!!"

"In August, my wife and I spent a relaxing week in this condo overlooking the Intercostal Waterway. We found this unit very clean and as described and pictured. The owner was responsive and easy to work with even calling to check on us shortly after our arrival. Beautiful Cresant Beach was just a short 6-8 minute walk thru a private, gated walkway. We enjoyed the white sandy beach several times each day. The pool was nice with plenty of chairs. The complex was very well maintained, and I used the gas grilling area several times. The gorgeous view of the Intercoastal Waterway offered us waterfront dining at each meal. We would recommend this unit to family and friends and would stay there again."
